Hermosita: Contemporary Seascape Beachfront Condo

Enjoyed the private beach. Driving down the seawall the public beaches were very crowded.

We have stayed at several condos at Seascape. Our experience has nothing to do with the owner, that being said, we were on the second floor and I’ve never have been so disturbed by the occupants on the floor directly above our unit. I don’t know if there is no insulation but we heard every move those people made. You could hear walking back and forth coming from the ceiling and it was loud. This went on until 11 at night and started early in the morning. it was really was annoying and we left early just to get out if the unit.

We had such a great time, everything was so perfect, I would rate 10 out of 10, definately recommend this place, I can’t wait to go back again!!

Very nice condo right on the beach, kids loved the pool all light up at night time. Pool stays open til 11:00 which is a huge plus with teenagers!

Beach front property, no need to cross a street to get to the beach. Quiet condo, with a beautiful surrounding.

It was a perfect condo for 3 kids and 2 adults. Although it's not a negative reflection on the condo, the elevator was down twice in 4 days. This was an issue- hauling luggage up and down stairs.

Location on the beach was great! Our main hiccup was the amenities in our room. We stayed 4 nights, no fresh towels. I was told after i was already there, I could wash them & no services during the stay. I brought beach towels thanks goodness. I was never told to bring my on towels. We showered every night. The water is hard. The owner only provides one little bar of soap. No shampoo, no conditioner and no body wash. Ive stayed at different VRBO's most host provide these things like a hotel. I had some with me. I bring some just in case we run out the hotels and my husband use that and i use my good stuff. The one bedroom needs to angel the bed to create space for chester drawers. There was no space to put luagge or take clothes out & put somewhere besides a chair for the kids & an overside amorie in the bedroom. Armoire drawers were unusable bc it touch the bed. It made it hard to get to the around the bed. I wish they had more mirrors. There was only one in the bathroom. All that being said, location on the beach & easy to get in our room were great.

The unit is nice and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Patio has a full view of the Ocean. This property is amazing! Private boardwalk to the beach. The pool area is big enough to accommodate lots of people.

Over all it was fine. Clean, nice location. Discovered on the last day the door would not lock when we left. Had we discovered it on day 1 I would have called the owner. We were alittle worried about leaving our belongings totally unsecured while we were out but nothing bad happened. I guess we had left everything unlocked for 4 days. We only wish the weather had cooperated then our stay would have been perfect! Maybe that shoukd be looked into before new guests arrive.

Great condo size for our family. Very easy getting to the beach (which is private with no vehicles). Heated pools save the day when the water is too cold. Covered parking with security onsite. Lots of families to mingle with. We always enjoy staying at the Seascape!

The property was an excellent place to stay with easy access to the beach. Very quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this condo for stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location and is very clean. We stayed during a tropical storm but still had a great time. The jacuzzi and pool were great!

This is our favorite condo complex in Galveston, and this unit was wonderful! Very clean and updated, appliances looked new, beds were very comfortable. The private beach and complex amenities are ideal. We'll be back!
