Aspens Lodge Spring 2026 Maintenance schedule
⌂ The pool and one hot tub will be closed for maintenance from Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 5th (there will always be two hot tubs open during this time).
⌂ The lobby, public washrooms and gym floors will be worked on from Wednesday, May 27th to Thursday, June 4th. There will be a machine polishing the floors and creating noise and odour during this time.

This spacious and beautifully appointed one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers the best ski-in/ski-out access to Blackcomb Mountain, with surreal patio views west of the awe-inspiring mountains and alpine sunsets, as well as views to the base of Blackcomb Mountain & Gondola to watch your family/friends ski-out.

When you first step into this home, you will be struck by it's bright contemporary design. Having recently undergone a full renovation, and with all brand new elegant furniture that has been thoughtfully curated.

Open concept kitchen with island and state of the art appliances opens to living area with large smart TV and gas fireplace that allows you to get cozy during Winter nights. The master bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning, and newly renovated en-suite complete with shower and deep soaker tub.
For maximum flexibility in groups, the living room has a queen pull-out sofa from custom and bespoke sofa manufacturers Van Gogh.

⌂ Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.
⌂ No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Base occupancy is 2 adults and max occupancy is 4 adults. The third and the fourth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

    Overall a pleasant stay. Older condo building with many rental units. The photos made this unit look nicer than it actually was. Since it was May, I also could’ve done without the Christmas decor including the creepy child-size snowman figurine! Pros: Nice view, very comfortable bed, 24-hour front desk staff, rental company was easy to contact, decently outfitted kitchen, reasonably clean, great outdoor pool & hot tub area. Cons: some of the furniture, carpets and decor were a little shabby, noisy industrial fans running in the hallway (due to a recent flood?), no coffee pods nor compatible coffee filters were provided for the two coffee machines, parking not included.

    Host responded quickly to our inquiries. Whistler Village was a short walk, and the ski lift was right outside our window. Just know that parking and laundry are not included amenities and will have to be paid for on arrival if required.

    We stayed for about ten days in this wonderful place. It exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable, and the building was quiet and peaceful. The view was extraordinary. It was a short walk from central Whistler, where we rented bikes and had many good meals in various restaurants. The place was very clean and so comfortable. I highly recommend it!

    One bedroom unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and modern, comfortable 3rd story unit overlooking the Blackcombe gondola base. Ski valet was convenient, and a short walk past the pool, out the gate, onto the slope makes this facility ski in/out. Upper village just a short walk down the hill. This condo is very conveniently located and priced well.

    This condo and property were absolutely wonderful. This is a true ski in/out property and you could sit in the hot tubs while looking at the mountain. Also, a really close walk to the village. The condo itself was spotless, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to cook for the week. The view from the patio was awesome and the bed was so comfortable! We hope to come back next year.

    This place is amazing! We are always going to try to stay in the upper village now. The ski in ski out , heated pool, towels at the concierge are just a few things that make this place amazing! The one bedroom is very spacious and perfect for a family of four. We had a really good and definitely be back.

    The place was in perfect condition. Updated in modern furniture and cabinets in the kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked with all utensils pots pans dishes. Coffee maker, toaster, and all the appliances you would need for a week or more. The location was superb. The balcony overlooked the Blackcomb gondola and the ski valet was perfect and provided excellent ski and ski out options..
