The area was very peaceful.

parking was easy enough as long as the other people using the parking knew how to park. had to make way to many calls to fget cars moved.

The place was fine for our needs though there were things that I didn’t personally like. They do not supply hand soap. They give you a tiny old school bar of soap that leaves a film on your hands. No Kleenex. Just things that seem to be customary for the vrbos we stay in. Also had a physical key instead of the key pad. Not a huge fan of having to keep track of a key it wasn’t even Attached to anything. The non master bed was comfortable but very squeaky. I personally didn’t love all the shucker decor. It didn’t feel very comfortable and homey to me but functionally it was just fine. The street is narrow and the parking tight especially if the next door people have two cars and do t follow the parking rule. But it was nice to have a designated covered parking spot. A couple throw rugs would have been nice and a porch mat. Oh and there were no extra blankets for the beds or the couches to curl up with. The walls are pretty thing so be prepared to hear the people up stairs and if you have someone that snores you will hear them. It is very close to the beach though.

Change the pictures on vbro to match what furniture is actually in the condo. Like i said, it was clean and beds very comfortable.

Property was wonderful, only complaint was bed and living room seating was really uncomfortable.

Great place to stay on Tybee! Half a block from the beach, and easy walk to restaurants, bars , and shops!

The place was great..clean and neat. We had a problem with the microwave and within a couple of hours someone brought us a new one to use...very propt and considerate. We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with thr condo. Thank you.

Excellent location. Unfortunately, the air conditioning quit working the first night. Management was communicative and kind enough to move elsewhere midweek.

Within walking distance for whatever you needed. Good food every where we ate.

Really liked it was in walking distance to the beach and most stores. We really enjoyed our stay.

Communication and check in/out was crazy easy. This is in a residential area but that was fine with us, still very close to everything. The building was clean and modern other than a couple of ants but nothing alarming. My only real complaint was that the online description listed a pool on site and a share pool with their other properties. There was only a shared pool. From this property it was just a couple blocks away but I was expecting an onsite option.

Clean and well organized. The hosts were very responsive to any text or email.

We had a great time @ Tybee, this condo was perfect for us, hope to stay there again sometime! easy walk to the beach, short drive to Savanah great experience overall!

The property location is amazing, walk to ocean CLOSE, food, exercise, shopping, everything you need. Arrived for a 31-night stay. GREAT rate in January. Parking was fine for our one small Honda Civic. Keypad entry-style dated. Even notes to us to close it assumes you might have a problem, so they should just change the method. Got a call the 2nd day we arrived from host manager. One thing VRBO is supposed to be owner manager as advertising suggests with Coach commercial. No. Said they were coming Thursday to paint for HOA.They came every single day and remodeled the exterior of the entire place. I called and asked when done and texts with total no answer. No idea what the HOA is doing she said. They some days blocked our car in and we were the ONLY car in the lot with their materials. Very nice guys working but come on. Peered in the windows, worked or cleaned up into the evening. I have 14 recordings if very loud noice on all different days and nights and photos.. The only days they did not show up in front of our window was when for the 1st time there was snow!! We were stuck again. I did not alwaya feel safe or comfortable. Changed ceilinga fans w another crew. It just never ended. We should have been able to receive a discount or the owners' information to get more information and we could have switched our lodging.No indication online off remodeling.

the unit needs some updating we left one day early because of the size of the bed wish the beds were queen or king size

Place was bigger than it looked online which was cool. Kinda shabby, though, could use basic deep clean and paint. Watch going into the unit, it’s a higher than average size step up. Parking is horribly tight. Dishwasher leans a bit and may need straightening to close it. Very close to beach.

We went In September and the weather was perfect. The island was not crowded at all. We didn't have to pay to park anywhere and were able to walk everywhere. We highly recommended Pier 16 - the restaurant closest to the condo. Delicious!

Our stay was overall good. We did have difficulty getting in and out of the door due to the bottom being loos and the lock box.
