WiFi is included. Only 10 minutes from Desert Regional Medical Center and less than half an hour from Eisenhower Medical Center. Near Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indio, Joshua Tree, La Quinta and Cathedral City. This home does not have a pool, however, it is less than 2 miles away from the Palm Springs Swim Center which has an outdoor Olympic-sized pool & is open to the public. Clean and Cozy close to downtown. It was fun to be able to just go out the door and walk downtown and enjoy all the restaurants and shops.
