Renovated from top to bottom, it has wood floors, a new kitchen with granite counters and a remodeled bathroom. It's on the 2nd level with no neighbors above it and it's also an end unit. There is cable TV with a multitude of channels, a DVD/VCR player, a CD player and high speed wireless internet. Bicycles, golf clubs, board games & paperbacks are available for your use. There is a coin operated laundry room in the building, 1 covered parking space and overnight on street parking. There is a community pool that is exclusively for the use of the residents (there are only 18 condos in the complex).

Perfectly sized condo for a multi-week stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the Old Towne area. The property manager was great to work with. Unit is well labeled with everything you need.

Even though the weather was hot it was a perfect place close to many restaurants. As for stocking the apartment I have never seen so many spares left, it was amazing! I needed nothing…toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, so many things …

Excellent Old Town Scottsdale location! This 2 bedroom condo is very centrally located and a quick walk to Old Town shops, bars, and restaurants. Condo has all needed amenities for a comfortable stay. Great a/c which is needed in those sizzling summer months!

A perfect vacation condo! Great location - a short walk to downtown restaurants and sites. Condo is exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again!
