Unwind and enjoy this peaceful ocean view 2 bed, 2 bath condo located in the heart of Oceanside's beach community.
Enjoy walks to the pier, harbor, farmer's market and so many new restaurant options. Soak in a beachfront hot tub and if you love to surf or boogie board, this is the beach for you.
Plenty of additional entertainment nearby: Legoland, SD Zoo, Safari park, Balboa park, Disneyland, Torrey Pines, wine country, outlet mall, golfing, fishing!
We are grateful for many return guests who book directly each year. Enjoying all that Oceanside has to offer.
This gated San Miguel II complex requires a minimum 30 day stay.
Included are two assigned garage spaces plus additional visitor parking and EV charging available. WiFi and Dish TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped, stacked washer and dryer, extra linens, two TVs, large dining area, and electric BBQ available on the patio.
Many of the units are owner occupied or used on weekends only, as such the complex is restful and secure. The unit is wheelchair friendly, although not fully ADA compliant. The entry threshold has been lowered and door openings widened. One shower is wheelchair friendly and the bathtub/shower combo has a grab bar. The unit is 1,274 sq.ft. one of the larger units in the complex. Elevator access to the parking garage.
Oceanside is an ideal refuge for those northern snowbirds during winter and southwest desert folks during the summer. The Pacific Ocean breeze mitigates the temperature extremes making for ideal outdoor activities.
This is a non-smoking complex. We ask that you do not smoke or bring pets. The minimum rental period is 30 days per HOA.

    I wish we could stay forever! This condo is in a great location. We enjoyed the hot tubs just off The Strand and walking to the movie theater and Sunset Market. Excellent host.

    We had a great winter staying here, close to the beach. We love Oceanside and have been coming to Oceanside for years. Our Property Manager Terry was excellent and very responsive and took great care of us. Highly recommended.

    Spent 3 months here in this condo for our second winter & have renewed for another 3 months for next year. Great walking from here to the pier, downtwn Oceanside & the marina. Condo is very comfortable & well-furnished.

    Very comfortable condo & had a great time staying there. Loved the view of the ocean & evening sunsets from the archway. Will especially miss our walks to the Marina & out on the pier, but will be back again for 3 months next year!

    The condo was clean and well supplied with the necessities. We had plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. It shows a little wear like any apartment that isn't new but has a clean feel and I love the Sofa. It has a nice view. The view is down a walkway and you can see the ocean. It is not a panoramic view until you walk about 50 feet out the walkway, it is quite nice. This complex is very well maintained. The walks to the apartment are really nice, lined with large potted plants. There is a nice clean fountain close to the patio door, that is really pleasant to see and hear. I had no problems with the owner or the realtor, they were all very nice to us. We are going back next year so I recommend this condo if you want a nice safe and secure place. The garage is under the apartments with a security gate. The whole complex is beautifully fenced and gated and landscaped. This is a one story first floor apartment. The area is great. We walked to a nice theater and to a street market every Thursday where you can purchase produce and many other things in the daytime and get a good meal in the evening while listening to some music from a live band. We really had a great time there. There is a lot to do in LA and San Diego.
