This property is 3 floors, so there are stairs our guests will need to use. Laundry is inside the unit as well and has everything you need to keep fresh and clean.



Parking is inside your secure, two-car tandem garage that offers direct access to the unit, making parking and transportation effortless. Moreover, our property is completely gated, providing you with the utmost safety and security during your stay.

Bedroom #3 (Middle Floor)- Two twin beds, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 50 HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.



Common area: Living room sofa + queen air mattress (please request)



If you're a large group, our property is one of four townhomes, all constructed in 2023. Feel free to inquire about the availability of our other homes if you require more space.

    We loved this house! It’s clean, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. You can easily drive to surrounding coffee shops and stores. The parking garage is a TIGHT squeeze so do not rent a large SUV or truck if you can help it. Other than that, great stay and responsive host!

    The home was exactly as the listing stated. The home was very clean, except for the floors. I did bring that to the attention to the owner which he said he will address it with the cleaners. The master bedroom bed is very firm just a FYI. Parking was great and secure! I would stay at this property again!

    It was great, my family and I had a great time staying there!! Shawn the host was very friendly and helpful, and he made sure that our stayed was very comfortable, and it was!! The house is big, very nice, clean and cozy. It comes with a tandem car garage and gated. The kitchen is equipped with spices and a variety of snacks basket. The house is also convenient near to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again for sure :)

    Responsive host, clean and well appointed, would stay here again. It can be on the noisier side because its close to a grocery store and a townhome with shared walls. This did not bother our group. The area is a little run down, but everything seemed safe.

    Everything was perfect with our stay. The location was super clean, felt brand new. Plenty of room and beds for all of us. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking (enough for 2 vehicles. Shawn was wonderful to work with, replied quick to emails and even checked up on us a few times during our stay. We will definitely come back to this property again when we are back in CA.     Our family of 4 stayed here while we were displaced and we were so comfortable spreading out across the spacious rooms with comfy beds! It’s true there’s a little noise from the supermarket but we use white noise machines at night and weren’t bothered at all. The location is fantastic if you’re doing LA sightseeing. Shawn is an exceptionally responsive host!

    We entirely enjoyed this lovely townhouse! The owners thought of everything for convenience, comfort, and safety. We were within a few miles of numerous LA/Hollywood destinations of choice. Easy by car or Uber. I love to cook and had no limitations in this thoughtfully appointed kitchen. Lovely bed and bath rooms.

    This was the perfect location for our family to visit California Universal Studios! It was only about 10 minutes away, and we had access to plenty of shops and entertainment around the home. It was private and secure in a gated area, with a private garage as well. The home was very clean and cozy! When I return to this area, I will be looking to see if this house is available again!

    Great location! Grocery store on the same block which has a food truck out front with delicious Mexican food. Condo has all the basics covered. Within walking distance of Paramount Studios and the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Shawn responded to a question I had immediately. Thanks, Shawn, for everything!

    Having a garage is fantastic but parking is very tight. The location was perfect for our needs with easy access to 101 & downtown. Neighborhood not great for kids. Shared walls, able to hear conversations. Being directly behind a grocery store loading dock creates lots of noise & ambient light. Kitchen could be better appointed.

    The home has both a spacious garage and ample room inside to fit our group of 8. The fixtures and furnishings were modern and clean. The area itself (Hollywood) is understandably not the nicest part of town, but we felt extremely safe and comfortable here. The owner / property manager are very responsive and access was simple. We would definitely come again and have this be our home base for activities in Hollywood / North LA.

    Centrally located for a family visit to LA. Clean, well-stocked, and with convenient garage below the unit. A bit noisy with supermarket loading dock on one side and shared wall w/ neighbors on the other, but overall it worked out fine for us.

    Booked last minute, and loved it! Property is uber-safe despite being in heart of city, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. The garage is a huge bonus, and the rooms are spacious and contemporary. Best of all? The bed sheets are super cozy!
