Heart of Downtown Durango. Luxury Condo 1 Block from Train Station. Location!

It was perfect to be right downtown and be able to walk to the train, shops, and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was easy, and they were timely with responses. Would definitely stay again.

The unit was exactly as described, clean , fully stocked, nicely decorated and comfortable! We loved that the location was so close to downtown where we walked to dinner and window shopped. It was a perfect stay for 2 couples and we would 100% book this unit again

Terrible access to third floor condo. The elevator was not working and the garage access did not work properly.

It would be simpler to have the same codes for parking garage and elevator. Also, parking garage keypad didn’t work occasionally and you would have to back up and pull forward to try again. Property is in a great location and clean. Would recommend d for anyone wanting to be in downtown Durango and close to shopping/restaurants/bars/railroad/Animas River.

This location is PERFECT. The beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean! The building is somewhat of a maze to try to navigate through until you can get your bearings straight. It was confusing trying to get up in the elevator because we didn't know we needed a code. We reached out to support and they gave us a code quickly. So just make sure you have your elevator code and you're not holding up the elevator with multiple people and bags like we did! :) But this stay was fantastic!!! Would love to stay here again! Thank you!!

My family had a great stay at this condo! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us and our train loving kids.

We appreciated the parking garage with elevator access and loved that the property was walking distance to the historic train depot, countless restaurants and shops. We rented bikes at Pedal the Peak (right next door to the unit) and the mountain biking trails and riverside Greenway trail were extremely accessible. The unit was updated, clean, well appointed and the bed were comfortable! We didn't realize that there was no cable TV and we regretted not bringing our Chromecast from home but that was only wanted at night so it wasn't that big of a deal. After the first day we finally got a handle on the garage, elevator, and door codes but all were well explained in the check-in communication. Thanks for a great place to stay for our first trip to Durango!

Very clean with everything you need for your stay. We could walk to downtown Durango. We did not get the check-in information but when I texted them, they immediately texted back apologizing and got the information I needed. I would stay at this property again.

This place has a great location- short walk to all the shops & restaurants on Main St. Grocery store is also close by.The unit is clean & comfortable.Building is very secure. We will stay there again if available.

Great stay. The property location was great, walkable to many good restaurants and breweries. Amenities were exactly what our family needed. Had some trouble with some of the codes to get into the building. The residents were quick to help when they saw our struggles. Otherwise, it was a great time and would reserve again.

If you’re looking to stay within walking distance of shops and restaurants but still be able to ski this location is perfect! Very comfortable our family of three but could easily fit a few more guest.

This was a super cute 2 bedroom 2 bath condo full of local art, a fireplace that lights up with the flick of a switch (I’m used to logs and a lighter). We didn’t use the kitchen much because who wants to cook on vacation but if one wanted to cook, all the usual kitchen items were there. I was really impressed with the security of the building having to have codes to enter building, garage and elevator. And best of all, walking distance to downtown Durango!

Great location for train, access to river, restaurants and nearby grocery store (Albertsons). Underground parking was appreciated. No reason to drive as most activities in Durango are easily walkable. Cooking and eating accessories were clean and adequate. Overall, recommended and would stay again.
