This place is so comfortable and very clean! The kitchen is well-equipped (including kid plates/bowls/cups and utensils) and spacious! I found our bed to be quite comfortable! There are toddler step stools in at least two of the bathrooms, and even a toddler toilet insert! Easy access to near-by family-friendly beaches, and the Princeville shopping center, which has Foodland. The view of the mountains from the living room is absolutely stunning! There is plentiful access to beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and even a few floaties (we left our sand toys for the next family). We appreciated having the vacuum and access to the brooms! The pool is perfect sized (only3.5-5ft) and a short walk from the condo. The neighborhood is very quiet (except for the roosters lol).

Very spacious property, beautiful views from the house itself. Property is close to a pool that was nice and easily accessible. Rooms are clean, just some of the rugs and window blinds were falling apart. Property is close to the market, shops, and a variety of scenic lookouts and beaches. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Wonderful condo. Clean and comfortable. Very close to pool, hot tub, and bbq. Great beaches nearby, shopping, and restaurants. Management very attentive.

The adults were pleased with how clean the home was. Very nice that it was also stocked with essentials, soap, towels, beach chairs, etc. Beautiful pool. Can't say enough, a good time was had by all.

We had a ton of fun! Everything was great. The association rules were a little excessive and intimidating for the kids. Threats of fines for noise, splashing in the pool, not putting trash in the dumpster, etc. Of course, this had nothing to do with the host property but it created a little discomfort. Property, host and location were amazing

We loved the pool and had lots of adventures around the island. A short walk to amazing ocean views, about a 25 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Lots of beach gear available in the garage.

7 night stay. Great home for 5-6 people. Be aware of your location is on the north end of the island, so if your planning excursions on the other areas of the island you may have long drive times.

Everything was wonderful with one exception: the hot tub in the pool area was closed the entire time with orange cones. Could not reach the local property manager to even ask about it. That one detail would have changed our stay to a different property would we have known we couldn’t sit and look at the stars like years past.
