I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate. We liked having a first-floor unit. It had a good amount of seating and other nice things to have if needed - folding chairs, step stools, books, puzzles and games. It is a quick drive to the pier and my husband even walked to it twice. We ate at restaurants close to the pier - Iguana's twice and Brogens and Frosty were good also. Real Escapes provided great service.

Stayed Sep 8, 2023Went to St. Simons for a weekend getaway with family and friends. We were in a gated community, where everything was beautiful and located near the beach, peer, shops and restaurants. Great Location!! Went to the beach, relaxed by the pool, visited the local shops, walked the peer and ice cream for afternoon snacks!!! So many different restaurants to choose also!! Very relaxing weekend.
