The communication with the host was outstanding, she’s very attentive and positive and had great recommendations for us. The view is beautiful and this location, although not truly within walking distance to a bunch is still great.

Nice condo with most everything you would need. Beautiful views and location close to restaurants and Beach. Did use ferry to get to Beach which was easy for us. Pool was not open for us, but looks like a nice place to spend time in the sun.

Pool, hot tub, private beach, and pool sundeck area were not available as advertised. The water taxi now charges a fee.Pet policy is vague on the vrbo site; more restrictive than stated.Condo was not thoroughly cleaned. I believe we were the first renters to occupy it since the hurricane last October. There were signs of mold in the kitchen.Limited supply of hot water.View from the balcony is nice but the empty marina shows how much hurricane damage is still on the property - marina docks and other buildings are under repair. Get the details before you book this non-refundable property!

Cute little place with wonderful view of marina. Perfect for sipping coffee and starting your day. Great size for a couple . We enjoyed the lanai. Thank you!

This property is beautiful. The people I met were friendly. The amenities were great. I particularly loved the water taxi to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean condo in a small condo complex. They have grills and a nice pool with a great view for guests.

The perfect get a way for my husband and I. We loved the private pool area and the boat taxi was a daily jaunt to the beach. Everyone was super nice. We ate at Isabella's twice and the food was wonderful. We look forward to coming back.

One bedroom condo at pet friendly complex. While it was on the second floor it was 3 flights upstairs which was a challenge in the July heat. Lovely view and comfortable bedding. Lorna was very accommodating. Nice to have access to the resort on Palm Island and complimentary Rum Bay water taxi.

We were scheduled for just short of a two week stay. From the first day the two TVs & cable were an issue. TV in bedroom had nothing but snow and living room TV had only three very fuzzy local channels. The owner was available by phone/text ONLY and had no one local who could explain how the system worked. The owner and I talked to the cable company at length with no solution and (after one week of our vacation) I spent better part of one day waiting for the cable co guy only to find out the problem was that one of the remotes was in the wrong room and just generally needed some clear instructions on how the whole system worked. Some well worded instructions & remotes labeled properly would have helped immensely. The area was very nice....the condo was only adequate, but not what we expected for the price. Because of all the aggravation as well as a family emergency we actually left the property four days early. Due to the difficulties the owner verbally agreed to a partial refund, but then after we arrived home the owner accused us of lying and to date has refunded nothing. Stay away from this property..... We would have been money & aggravation ahead staying in a nice local motel or hotel.

Nice one bedroom second floor, great views, as advertised. Great comm from the host. Cute location with heated pool and hot tub, small community very quiet and safe. Dishwasher a nice plus. Bed very comfy. Furniture generally newer and unit nicely decorated, screened balcony a bonus too. Useful supply of kitchen utensils. Water taxi to island was a nice side trip we made several times. Good biking and things to do in the area, couple of places to walk to for dinner/snacks.. Only the basic cable TV.
