Hanalei Bay Resort 81012 By Parrish Kauai - full AC & walk to the beach!!

This is our second time at this resort. We loved it even more this time! We enjoyed being picked up at the beach and being brought back to our condo. Great amenities! I highly recommend this resort

We loved our week at HBR. The view was spectacular, our rooms we comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the property and surroundings very much. It was like living in a magical kingdom for a week. Thank you!

Gorgeous property that was low key with lovely amenities, a beautiful view, and accessible to great places to explore. Property manager was highly responsive and accommodating.

We had the best time here! Clean, roomy for our party of 6, and phenomenal view. The outdoor space/lawn was perfect for kids, made the space feel twice as big. We can’t wait to back!

Our family of 5 (2 adults + 13,10, 8 year old kids) stayed here for a week of beach time and hiking on Kauai. The rental was clean, in a beautiful location, and close to Princeville and Hanalei Bay. The resort has 2 pools, a restaurant, take out pizza, beautiful grounds and helpful staff. Our unit had a washer and dryer, beach gear (chairs, umbrella, various sand toys, boogie boards, ponchos etc) kitchen supplies, AC in all rooms, and privacy. It was just lovely! We spent our time at Hanalei beach, Hanalei town, various hiking trails, local restaurants, the pools, and at our rental. We cooked some meals and ate on the back patio enjoying the beautiful view and gardens. It was a wonderful vacation, and this rental unit served all our needs. We can't wait to return!

We had a great time at this property. It was in a great location and had the most amazing view. Breakfast each morning on the lanai was amazing with the views and all the birds who came to visit. The property was beautiful as well and the beach that we could walk or shuttle to was so great for the kids. We used the pool too but only about twice since the beaches nearby were so much more fun for the kids. The interior of the condo was great and very spacious. We loved having the washer and dryer inside as well as the ice maker on the fridge. The only things that company may need to fix for next time are: 1. Bathtub sink drain does not work so we could not take a bath the entire time. This needs to be fixed. 2. The umbrella in the closet is broken and missing a piece to keep the umbrella up which was disappointing since we lugged it all the way to Hanalei Bay and we couldn't' use it in the hot sun. 3. Boogie board in closet also seems to be broken in the middle. Otherwise everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again and will be recommending to any friends we have wanting to stay on the north shore.

The property was beautiful! The condo itself could use some updating, but overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

We stayed in 8101/8102 in the Plumeria buildings of Hanalei Bay Resort. I’m not sure I would stay in any of the other buildings at the resort just based on the view and location, except for perhaps the Bamboo buildings. The rooms were sufficient for our family of six. The resort and staff were great. Christian, the concierge, was fantastic setting up excursions for us which were all great recommendations. The pool was nice, but when we were there (December), with the rain, it was pretty chilly. Kids loved the pool even though it was unheated. I would have probably utilized the swim up bar if the water was warmer. The hot tub was really nice with a sandy bottom...nice touch. The Happy Talk bar/restaurant were both excellent with nice food, views and service. The main restaurant area (I think it is called Bali Hai) was under construction while we were there. Once completed, it looks like it will be a very nice area with great views. The resort is not far from the beach and shares a nice beach with the Princeville Resort. It’s a bit of a hilly walk from the resort, but the resort offers golf cart rides to the beach (and parking lot) which is a VERY nice touch, especially with whiny kids. The gym was small, but had most of what is needed for a workout. Overall, would highly recommend this property.
