Stayed Oct 10, 2024We visit Kauai 2-3 times a year and always in Princeville. We've shared a house with our children doors away from HBR and then we've all had separated units at HBR. We love the proximity to the beach and the amenties offered at the resort.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Wonderful place to stay, great amenities, unbeatable views, second time staying at this resort. Be aware that there are resort and parking fees, but definitely worth it in my opinion.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024The view from this unit’s balcony is reason enough to stay here. On top of that, the space is clean and comfortable…just as shown in the listing. And the staff on property couldn’t have been more welcoming, kind and helpful. The location is great for those wanting to explore the North Shore. We enjoyed breakfast at Hanalei Bread Company. An intimate luau at Tahiti Nui. And a boat tour of the Nepali Coast and snorkeling at Tunnels Beach with Nepali Catamaran. We also enjoyed lunch at 1 Kitchen at the neighboring resort. And dinner at Happy Talk Lounge at our resort. We also enjoyed the beach on property and rented a kayak and SUP to explore the bay and river. Highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 18, 2024This is a really comfortable unit with an amazing view. Really well stocked. The staff are all very kind. You will need to bring or rent your own snorkeling gear. There is one kids set in the unit. All the other beach items were there.

Stayed Sep 5, 2023Incredible view of Hanalei Bay from large balcony. Nothing beat waking up with some coffee to that view. Unit was spacious, well stocked and representative of online listing. Pool was nicely kept and in a fun setting. Bar/restaurant on site was convenient as well. Building is located decently far from parking lot. Resort offers golf cart rides to help with bags, but they were a little unreliable with responding for ride requests. Beach is shared with The One Hotel. Also beautiful, but a hike from the unit/building. In general, would hands down go back for the view and setting. It's breath taking!
