Stayed Sep 17, 2020you do not get to use the RESORT it's like prison. no pool, not beach chairs on the sand, no room service

Stayed Oct 10, 2019The owner of the property mis-represented what we were allowed to use at the resort. He told us we could not use certain things (large pool, golf, etc) but told us we could use another pool. Upon our arrival we found out that this pool was not available to us as we did not make our reservation through the resort (versus directly through the owner who had not paid for resort privileges. When I texted the owner about this he said well they usually don't check at that pool. The TVs in the unit also did not work upon our arrival and the owner said he did not know how to work them as he never stayed there. He did offer to send someone over the next day if we couldn't figure out how to get them working (which we did after an hour or so).

Stayed Jun 4, 2023Property is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. I would suggest a new mattress and pillows and a full-length mirror. Also, just as notes, it would have been nice to have access to the fantasy pool and the Italian restaurant. And, we were not allowed to rent chairs for the beach which was a drawback. Overall, it is a beautiful property and we were happy with our stay. Thank you.
