This spacious Light and bright top floor north east corner vacation rental has a delightful dÃ©cor and includes a private balcony with plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 307 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and a queen and a double in each of the 2 guest bedrooms. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities.
