Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have rented this unit and love it, this time we were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the unit. Vents and shelves had not be cleaned in a very LONG time. The shower heads needed cleaned in order to get pressure from them. Other than that the stay was great up until our last full day when the elevator broke and no notice from the rental company or assistance on moving your items from the 3rd floor out. But a call to ask what time you were leaving the next morning for housekeeping service. Not great for someone who has asthma. Multiply family members called who were in other units but just promises of repairs and nothing. Disappointing!

Love Hamilton House! This condo was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Still had a decent view from patio, even though on side since no big buildings next door. Enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

306 was beautiful and very comfortable. Excellent location! This is our 3rd stay at this property. IRB and Hamilton House never disappoint!

The condo was amazing. When we were not out and about the condo was great. It was very relaxing, the beds were very comfortable(amazing). I slept better in the master bedroom than in my bed at home. The only draw back to the condo is that it needs some bowls with lids for storage for leftovers. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The location is fantastic. We absolutely love Hamilton House. We are at the age where we don't want the huge crowds on the beach. Hamilton House is a small complex on a beautiful beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This condo is really, really nice. We've been coming to the area for over a decade and stayed at the same place every year. Now, we wish we had found this place sooner. It's spacious, great floor plan, nicely decorated and great location. I'm going back. Right here.

Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and 4 young children. The place was perfect for us as it had plenty of beds and space for famiky activities. The walk to the beach is about 45 seconds and the complex is quiet and small. Hoping to make this is regular place we visit when we want to be at the beach.

There are a few things that could be better, the kitchen appliances need updated for example the skillets were difficult to use bc everything stuck to them. The lighting in the master bathroom was very dim, it needs improved. Cleanliness could have been a little better, sand was still in the floor but overall was clean. I would recommend giving the whole condo a more updated look however we enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to stay again!
