Hamilton House 303 is a Silver 2-bedroom 2 bath Gulf Front Condo

Great location. My only suggestion would be to add grab bars in the showers for both bathrooms. The floors of the showers are slippery, especially the one with the tub. The walk-in shower was fabulous for mom who uses a walker. But regardless of a walker or not, grab bars make a nice secure addition. The décor in the condo is beautiful! First morning for coffee I realized the coffee pot did not work. So I called the office, and housekeeping happened to be there and she offered to bring us a brand new coffee pot on the fly! You saved our vacation! She said, It's what we're here for.

We had a nice stay. Condo unit and common areas of the property are well maintained. Perfect location and the condo even had beach chairs. The rental company was friendly and easy to deal with. Only negative was the pool heat wasn’t working so the water was very cold.

Hamilton House 303 was an amazing home away from home vacation spot. The beautiful sunsets, ocean front view and security features of this condo made my wife and I start to seriously consider purchasing a beach front condo in the area. We will return.

They are prompt, professional and provide unmatched service.The condo we rented this year was, as always, well cleaned and spacious. The bed in the master is lovely to sleep on. The spare room beds are fine as well. The location and views couldn’t be better. We will continue to come back. Our group rents about 6 condos each year.There are only 2 items that could be improved upon. The showers in our condo LOOK glorious, with a wall of sprayers and overhead rain shower head. However, the only one that can really be used is the overhead. In the master, some of the sprayers are broken. In the guest bath, you cannot use the wall sprayers because it just hits the opposite wall and runs out into the floor.Secondly, the elevator can be problematic. It worked fine most of the trip, but got stuck on a few occasions. For those who are able, the stairs work just fine if you’re not transporting bags or groceries.

We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful! Only drawback was that we had to check in late due to flight change and pick up keys at a different condo location. Would 100% stay there again. Location can't be beat. Beautiful view!

While the weather is not always as warm as we would prefer, it is a great place to meet friends that we have known over the years. It is a quiet place with not too many children. In walking distance to some great resturants and shops, and the rental itself was great and nice just as expected. The kids loved the pool access. And the best part about this rental to me and my wife was the beautiful sunsets you see every night! Would definitely recommend this rental!

The kitchen was adequately stocked. There was no cooking spices, which was no problem, just in the past at other rentals they had a limited stock of common seasoning. The condo has several beach chairs and an umbrella. There was a small supply of kids beach toys. Overall this was a great condo. We did late check in with no problems. Would definitely stay here again.
