I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brilliant location! Less than 1 mile from River Run Lodge. Catch the free shuttle at the nearby bus stop or drive two minutes. Located just a few blocks from the downtown nightlife. The accomodations were perfect for 5 of us to have our own beds. The hot tub was very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Top floor and quiet. Warm garage wasn't large enough for our full-sized 4-door pickup. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for preparing meals. Interior has normal wear for a condo from this era, but nothing worth docking a star. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 28, 2022This property is within easy walking distance to downtown Ketchum. We loved having a garage for our bikes. The key to the garage was tricky and should probably be replaced. The condo was comfortable, but the furnishings/flooring are a bit worn. I enjoyed the artwork and personal touches in the condo.

Stayed Jul 14, 2022Our stay at Habitat Condos was great. The unit was more spacious than anticipated and comfortable. We were pleased that the beds were of good quality and comfortable for adults and children. The house is well stocked and everything, though older, works well. The only thing I would recommend is that the owner fix and put well fitting screens in all the windows and sliding doors. The sliding door in the main living area does not have a screen. During our stay it was over 90 degrees during the day so opening the windows and screens was essential. The first day we arrived there were a few wasps that got into the house due to holes in the screens. Alpine Lodging dealt with the wasps immediately (thank you!), but there were still challenges in keeping the place cool as we could not open all the doors and windows. This only really matters a few weeks a year, but something to consider. But we would definitely stay here again, but maybe not in one of the hottest weeks of the year :).
