    Great location. Plenty of room for four adults. View of Baldy. Short walk to Ketchum.

    We had a great stay! The accommodations were comfortable, but dated. The beds had nice bedding and the kitchen was mostly equipped. We loved being able to walk into town and it was nice to have a garage space when it was snowy. The hot tub worked great and was so nice to have access to.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this property was a good option when visiting Sun Valley and I wouldn't have any issues staying here again. It seems to be one of the lesser expensive properties in the area, which made it seem like a good value for money. The unit had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults to spread out. The heated garage was nice. The unit was fully stocked with everything you would need. Walkability to town and access to the ski mountain was fantastic. Location and spaciousness were the highlights.It seems as though the property could use a little bit of investment and/or TLC. As mentioned, the unit was clean and well stocked. The furniture was clean and was not too worn. The finishes are a little outdated but are generally in good working condition. However, there are some things that happened while we were staying here that led me to believe that the units are starting to wear down. One of the hot tubs wasn't working for our stay, there was a leak in one of our bathrooms, and one of the closet doors was broken. The team started to repair these issues, however the issues were not resolved by the time we checked out.The communication from the on-site property manager was great. Although with only one person to support the whole property, it felt like there might be too much for one person to handle.All-in-all I would say it was a good place to stay. The owners might just look into further investing in the property before things start to wear down too much.
