This unit (located on the top 2 floors of the home) offers classic charm in an urban setting. Newly purchased in 2013 the property has all new furnishings and amenities - professionally decorated by Tybee Vacation Rentals with premium guest comfort in mind. Features include: new firm mattresses, beautiful and stylish furniture and accessories, new paint, refinishedheart pine floors, high ceilings - these things and more await guests at this property...you may not want to leave! Modern techno-amenities include HDTVs in all rooms, wireless internet, and internet streaming BluRay player in the living room.

Habersham #3 is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment and is located on the third and fourth floors of the home. On the main floor, there is a combined living room /kitchen/ dining room with a Queen sleeper sofa, dining area with pub table plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, HD-TV and Blu-ray player in the living room. Just off the living area is the First Guest Bedroom, furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a full bath with shower/tub in the hall. The large primary bedroom is beautifully appointed with a King Size Bed and a Flat Screen TV. The attached primary bathroom features double vanities and a shower/tub combo. Also on this level is a large covered balcony furnished to comfortably seat 10 people. The top floor of the home, the finished attic, complete with dormers and multiple ceiling angles. The bedroom offers a seating area with a double sleeper sofa, HDTV, a King size bed, and a half bathroom (sink/toilet).

Guest parking (off-street) for 1 vehicle is available behind the building. Fireplaces are sealed and non-working, but they add to the ambiance!

About the Paul Hamilton Williams House: The Paul Hamilton Williams House, built in 1791, is conveniently located just off the corner of Habersham and Bay Street. It is just a short walk from Historic River Street, Emmet Park, Warren Square, Factor's Walk, and many other points of interest in the historic district. Located right beside the popular bistro B.     The house was clean and well stocked. The doors were hard to work, the locks were not working well. We did have a wasp issue, the rental co did come and spray, but did a minimal job. I was stung in the head and had to call back and have them leave spray so that we could take care of them myself. Other than that, it was a great location and historic house. You definitely need to know there are a lot of stairs.

    3 couples traveling. Space was perfect for us. Walking distance to River St and City market .Great restaurant next door. Might have been the weekend we were there (St. Patricks) but traffic/people on street could be heard overnight making sleep not as restful.

    Without question this is a one-of-a-kind type of property! If there’s availability for your intended vacation, you’d be wise to book it now! As the family of four with two kids ages 5 and 9, plus the in-laws in their 60s, the few flights of stairs were but a slight inconvenience. We viewed it as part of a workout and a welcomed one, coming from Florida, and after enjoying the amazing food of Savanah. That was the “worst” aspect of the property. This is a must book based purely on location, alone. The age of the house (built in the late 1700s) adds to the charm and class. Even the attic bedroom can be turned into a little love nest of sorts. The great patio space to spread out while not being on the ground floor was welcomed. Parking was easy and the property management company was very flexible, allowing us to use the other parking space while there were no other tenants at the property. This was an ideal place for our Thanksgiving week off and would certainly book again when headed back to Savanah.

    Our stay here was great! You couldn't beat the location in the historic district - walkable to most major locations. I will warn that this unit is up quite a few stairs. You should keep that in mind if you have any people who may have an issue with that. It's also a beautiful property.

    My friends and I are a group of four old ladies who travel and get together once a year now that we all live in different states. This year was Savannah. Location of property was superb, well equipped, spacious and a fabulous southern porch. We locked ourselves out and when I called for help the response time was very prompt. Their communication was clear and professional. Would highly recommend this property.

    Very walkable location and lots of charm in the house. I didn’t realize the truck noise E Bay St has. Sometimes the whole house shook. It wasn’t awful but something to consider. A little more landscaping on the driveway would be appreciated as the staff from the hotel next store use it as a break spot. Again, no real issues but smoking smells made the porch less enjoyable.

    The unit was the perfect place for our family to gather for an event. The living room was big enough for all of us to gather, but there was plenty of private space as well. We loved the porch on a sunny February afternoon. The location couldn't be better - just off Bay Street - for access to shopping, food, and entertainment.

    The location was fabulous. The house was immaculate upon arrival! The house is so beautiful that the pictures don’t do it justice! Only a couple of things that could be improved, but were not deal-breakers: the consistent, running-water noise in the Queen bedroom and the King mattress on the 1st floor was not comfortable. Otherwise, we could not want for anything! Kitchen Cabinets were stocked with every dish imaginable; Blackout curtains in every bedroom; Plenty of space for our group to spread out. We would definitely stay again if ours travels bring us back to Savannah!
