Comfortable, well maintained downstairs 2/2. Easy access, view of lake from patio. Unit does have a sleeper sofa too. Large TV's in LR and both bedrooms.

Downstairs unit on large park, centrally located in complex, easy walk to both pools and lake.

Best location on the island because we are affordable, very family friendly, have well maintained pools, stocked lake and a playground.

We use lockboxes for check- in but are onsite at complex daily. No check in office at complex.

The complex is 16 acres, is on the same street at the pier/lighthouse area where great restaurants are located. Easy walk down the bike path to that area 1/2 mile.

Auto is best but island has bike paths encompassing it.

St. Simons has great bike paths and awesome kayak tours. If you need any info on bike rentals or kayak tours please give us a call and we can point you in the right direction.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio. No loud voices and running or playing on stairs.
No smoking in unit. Smoking is allowed on the patio. Please close sliding doors to prevent smoke and odors from getting indoors.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C unit is in use.
This is not a pet friendly unit.

    Great property in a great location. Love the little pond and ducks. The unit has a comfortable family feel to it. Would definitely rent again.

    The guest room had water pouring into the room from the ceiling fan on our 2nd day. We were not able to safely stay in the unit and needed to rent a hotel room for the night. I messaged Theresa multiple times and called as well with no response until the next week. Not sure if this was due to the poor cell service we had the entire time on the island. Now, 2 1/2 weeks later I’m still waiting for her to reply to my request for a refund of the night we were not able to stay.

    We were very happy with the condo! Very well equipped with just about anything you could need. It is very conveniently located to the pier and the village. It is a pleasant ride from the island over to Brunswick.

    Was pleasantly surprised with this rental. Very clean and well appointed. Two pools on either side of the parking area were great throughout the day and the tennis courts were in great shape. Unit is within walking distance to the pier and we brought bikes which gave us easy access to the many beach access areas. Lots of extras like skim boards, tennis balls, a golf club set, etc provided everything we needed for fun activities. Communication with the owner was great! Would definitely recommend.
