The host was attentive and caring. We asked for some wine glasses and the next morning 12 glasses were dropped off. Thank you it was perfect for us.

This property was perfect. It was plenty of room for our family. Close to Forsyth Park and Kroger. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. We never had any issues with street parking. We’ll definitely be back.

We found the location easily accessible for our needs. Abundant street parking. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Adequate plates, etc once we discovered them in the dishwasher. Would strongly suggest removing leaves from the front porch and outside patio prior to guest arrival for a better first impression.

We loved that the unit was so close to Forsyth Park, a grocery store and many other shops/restaurants. It was a lovely place to relax at the end of each day and was full of that southern charm we were looking for.

The sheets in the master bedroom had chocolate smeared on them, which tells me they were not changed from the previous renter. We had to strip the bed ourselves in all of the rooms and wash the sheets since we were not sure if the other rooms were done. The floor were pretty dirty as well. This was our second stay there and the experience was not as good as the first.

On edge of historic district and nice house; would definitely stay here again. No issues whatsoever and simplest booking/check in ever.

Excellent experience. Master bedroom bed was a little squeaky. Would have been nice to have the option of a tv in the bedrooms.

Three couples met for a few days in Savannah. A great location that allowed us to park our cars and not use them until we left. Very clean and a nice sized kitchen table for eating/playing games.

We were really happy with our stay in Savannah. The flat is very close to Forsyth Park. Although it is a bit of a walk to the rest of Savannah's sites, it was a great day with lots of steps in. Our second day we parked closer to City Market. The beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Super convenient to have Kroger right down the street. Be aware if you want to catch a football game even on one of the major networks, you will need to use a streaming service.

My family and I booked this unit and the one attached for a birthday weekend. Both units were just as described. They were well stocked, and we were extremely comfortable in this cozy unit. There was ample street parking available. Location to Kroger and Forsyth were great. Would definitely stat again.

Myself and two friends did Thursday to Sunday in Savannah. We decided to book this apartment and let me just say, I’m so happy we did. This place was easy to find and it’s close to everything. We thought we had to change our date, but the host Mary was willing to work with us, which was very nice. We decided to come on the date anyway, and I’m glad we did. I have nothing but great reviews for this place. I will definitely book again.

Such a charming apartment with great proximity to all the tourist places! There were 5 of us and it was perfect! Just know walls are thin and you can hear cars and people going by at all hours, but that is expected in a historic building and part of the charm. Highly recommend

Property was as advertised. Quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. Nice condo with large bedrooms, nice closets with hangers, large bathrooms with plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer. Close to all historic sites, grocery store, restaurants and a 20-minute drive to Tybee Island. Had quick pickups from rideshares as well. Immediate response from owner regarding a small TV issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location - short walk to Forsyth Park and 2 blocks from Kroger. Very well maintained, lean and comfortable. Our host, Mary, was very helpful and responsive.
