Our condo is in a great location, close to the beach, without charging you beachfront prices. It takes a 3-minute walk to the beach and is right next door to the water park. Our condo is 1/4 mile south of the Causeway Bridge, which is convenient when you need to zip over to the mainland to run an errand or for an adventure off the Island. We love the time we spend here on the Island, and we hope you will, too!

    Two television remotes did not work and could use some work on them. Could just be the batteries, so I never used the televisions. Hot water tank probably needs to be drained and refreshed. I take short showers, but noticed hot water going quickly in this small tank. Lastly, someone above me in another unit brought a dog Friday night and for two nights I had to listen to their dog bark. I ended up wearing ear plugs. I won't stay there again, as there is no guarantee this won't happen again.

    The living room was short a couch that was in the pictures. 2 queens in the bedroom but no hide-a -bed couch! Roll-away bed stored in the closet would never have held 2 people. The whole place could use a freshening up. We were still very happy that we stayed there!

    The ONLY thing this place has going for it is the proximity to the beach. The building itself is old and not very well maintained. We were hopeful that the inside of the condo would at least be nice but once we opened the door it only went downhill from there. There were holes in the wall, chipped paint, water marks on the walls, damaged furniture, rust on the side of the fridge and the oven was dirty, just to name a few. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! It closely rivaled my freshman dorm bathroom with a moldy shower curtain and nasty tile. To top it off, there was a used maxi pad rolled up on the floor. I contacted both the management company & the owner with no follow-up from either. We tried calling around to other places to stay but being a Saturday night in July, there wasn’t anything available. My husband & I even contemplated sleeping in our car that night but decided to stay the one night in the condo & get back on the road in the morning. We didn’t even shower in the morning. We couldn’t have left fast enough! I have several pictures of the condition of the condo. You can clearly tell the listing pictures have been altered to disguise the actual condition of this unit. If you’re looking for a nice clean unit, this condo is not it! Keep on looking!

    Checking in was super easy. They had everything ready by the time we got there. We just picked up our paper work and headed to the condo. The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach. The pool is also nice. It is on Gulfview I. Pictures weren’t shown when booking. But we were satisfied with it. It was nice and a good Size Pool. The rooms were also very comfy. The living area was nice and comfortable.

    We have stayed at this complex numerous times ..first time this condo. Very clean and comfortable but mattresses could use an upgrade. Kitchen well appointed and bathroom was clean and has great shower. Unfortunately the complex was changing internet/cable service so we had issues with that which should work eventually.
