Arrived at 3:30 and had to wait for our condo. After waiting 15 minutes, Housekeeping happened to walk in and asked which one we were waiting on and told the desk, it was ready. I would think the Desk could have checked. Have stayed many times and this is the 1st time this had ever happened.
