I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great with one exception we have been coming for 30 yrs. often one or 2 of our group has to wait 1 to 4 hrs. for a room we are 60 to 70 people

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Things didn;t start well. The refrigerator/freezer had been turned way down so there was an unpleasant odor and we had to figure out what the issue was and why the solution from whoever was to place containers of baking soda throughtout. When I thought to change the temp things improved. Then we went into te master bedroom where the sliding closet door was broken and also wouldnt slide -making the closet difficult to use. Eventually the closet door was put back on it's tracks, but it still didn't open or close.On the good side, we enjoyed having the adjoining rooms - especially handy when our refrigerator wasn't working properly. We have stayed at Gulfstream every summer for almost 15 years. This was the first negative.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was good except the wifi on the last couple of days of our trip. No internet so no TV. Rained last couple of days. So we were in the condo.
