The unit was clean and well decorated. The check-in process was easy, and overall the location was good. One thing that the listing fails to make clear is that immediately next to the balcony facing west is the parking lot for the public beach access, which includes trash cans and two portable toilets. Noise (and sometimes smell) from this location can be a problem. Due to the proximity of the public beach access, the beach immediately in front of the unit is very crowded even in October. The icemaker in the refrigerator is broken, and the appliances are all the lowest grade you can get. Other than that, the unit was well appointed. But the biggest issue with this condo is that there is very visible mold in the HVAC unit that has made it its way out onto the sheet rock around several of the AC vents. There was no reason to bring this up to the rental company, because quite frankly, the last thing we wanted them to do was to come in and disturb and stir up even more mold spores by attempting to clean this up while we were occupying the unit. And they really have you over a barrel considering that once you are here and set up in one of these short term rentals, moving is not an option. The unit also has a moldy smell, and there is simply no way that the rental company was unaware of this problem before we arrived. It caused us to all have congestion and sore throats and even coughing and eye irritation while we were there. Those have continued back home as I write this.

Great location, however, the condo is aged. The freezer was not working, the upstairs breaker continues to trip. The stairs leading to the unit are wonky. The management company was responsive. Bottom line, this unit is overpriced. There are others that are nicer for about the same amount of money. Would not stay here again. We cut our trip and left 2 days early.

Very clean updated condo. Has some road noise in master bedroom but other than that it was great.

The location was amazing! Condo was beautiful and was stocked with plenty of dishes, covers, linens, etc. going up and down to the beach was a very short walk, and close to plenty of restaurants and attractions. The only issue we came across, which is not this owners fault, was the board walk door on the right side was extremely hard to open to get out on to the beach. We would spend 5-10 minutes at a time just trying to get out. Other than that everything was amazing and we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to book again in the future!

We were very please with the condo. It was nicely decorated and clean. Place appeared to have been recently updated. We’ve gotten to where we prefer low-rise condos over the high-rise. Short walk from condo to beach. Note: to get to the beach you have to go down from the balcony to get to the boardwalk. A few cons about the place to consider. We stayed in May before most schools let out for the summer. To one side is public beach access. On the other is high-rise condos. I don’t believe the condos are open yet but my only concern when they do and the summer becomes busy, it might become slightly crowded on either side down at the beach. There are only so many parking places for the public beach access area, so hopefully you won’t be too cramped on that side, but something to consider. Next, I would recommend more cooking/bakeware. The few pieces there were looked like garage sale items. The pan we used to cook bacon in only touched the cooktop in the center of the pan. Therefore if never cooked evenly. There were some plastic bowls, but some with lids would be nice for storage while staying there. There were juice cups and coffee cups, but no regular drinking glasses. A few more dish towels would be nice. Maybe a few casserole dishes and baking pans would be nice. My biggest surprise with the place was keys for the condos. It’s time to update to key code to enter. It was very stressful to keep up with keys going to and from the beach. Lose it, or get locked out, you pay
