Gulfside Comfort – Beach Castle #4 by RVA

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. We visited this rental for the 4th year. The unit is well maintained and comfortable. Second floor unit is a great place to watch the Gulf on cooler days. The beach is less than 50 steps away and the beach is often not crowded. LBK has terrific restaurants to several within walking distance. Only suggestion is that the mattresses may need to be replaced because they sag a bit. We'll be back!!

Unit #4 was my family’s favorite! Of course it’s been updated since then! My husband and I had the best time! The comfort and convenience to everything and especially the gorgeous beach! Nothing compares! Thank you so much for another wonderful vacation week! We will most definitely be returning!

Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year at Beach Castle Resort and our 3rd year staying in condo #4. The view and location are fantastic, but #4 is worn out and needs freshening up. Dishes were grimy and we had to wash everything before using them. For the past three years, the same 3 vinyl placemats have been provided for use on the tables that seat 4. The linens are old and the furniture is stained. The screens in the lanai need cleaning. The whole place needs a deep cleaning and painting. And the price continues to increase. We have made reservations for next year at a cleaner, better-maintained, and less expensive property further down the beach.

Very clean and nice
