RESORT FEES & PARKING PERMITS
*Gulfpoint Condominiums requires all guests to pay a one-time resort fee of $10 per person on most days of the year. H GHER RESORT FEES APPLY TO THE PERIODS NOTED BELOW.
*Parking Permits are also required and must be displayed in vehicles.
*Resort Fees are paid to, and Parking Permits are obtained from Gulfpoint Condominiums.
*The Gulfpoint Condominium office is open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
*From March 1st to April 21th, the Resort Fee is $35 per person.
*From June 1st to August 7th, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
*During Memorial Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
From March 1st through Easter, the home/resort owners require a Refundable Damage Deposit of $430. The rental company will collect the deposit at check-in. The damage deposit is payable in cash or by credit card. Credit cards must match the renter's name and must be presented at check-in. Please see the property description for more information, or call or message the reservation agent for more details.

    We had lots of fun and the place was super close to the beach. Wasn’t the cleanest but for the price was it worth it. We enjoyed the grill and swimming pool. Thanks for having us!

    Caution tape outside front door, property was mostly abandoned, unit was filthy and the smoke detector was beeping. Property manager relocated us, we didn’t get to a unit until 1:00 am. A full refund and apology would be appropriate

    Arrived and main office was closed, no security to be found. Then we walk back to our vehicle and I get a citation for no parking permit. Parking permit was suppose to be issued by security that was no where to be found. Then we enter the room and the upstairs tenants or also vacation renters where running from morning to night and extremely loud. Security didn’t help! Then the tv in main room wasn’t working, wifi wasn’t working. Toilet in main restroom wasn’t working. Then we had to pay for wrist bands because it was summer, with all the amenities we missed out on that were suppose to be offer and having to pay additional just wasn’t worth it. There was construction in parking structure and all the way to the beach access. We made the best of our trip, will be asking more questions before we book our next trip to South Padre island.
