RESORT FEES & PARKING PERMITS
*Gulfpoint Condominiums requires all guests to pay a one-time resort fee of $10 per person on most days of the year. H GHER RESORT FEES APPLY TO THE PERIODS NOTED BELOW.
*Parking Permits are also required and must be displayed in vehicles.
*Resort Fees are paid to, and Parking Permits are obtained from Gulfpoint Condominiums.
*The Gulfpoint Condominium office is open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
*From March 1st to April 21th, the Resort Fee is $35 per person.
*From June 1st to August 7th, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
*During Memorial Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.

    Place had plenty of space for 6 people. Nice decor and very comfortable. The only downside was the elevator was broken. We had to help our older family members with luggage. Wrist band cost was $20 each. I advise if only 2-3 people are going to use the pool or game room, only get that many wrist bands. No one was wearing them. Otherwise, plenty of amenities and smart TV’s in every room. You can leave the Roku at home. Items for cooking were in great shape. Wish we would have checked the closet directly across from the front door. Boogie boards, sand toys and more. Don’t pay hotel prices book this place.

    Highly disappointed, do not recommend. The place was penetrated with smell of cigarette smoke after they repeatedly explained no smoking allowed. The floors were uneven my kid tripped when walking in, the balcony was a total safety hazard as the railing was loose and unstable. There was caution tape all over the place, stained furniture and overall dirty.

    The space was large enough for our family which was a plus. We enjoyed the beach access gate. None of the bathrooms have fans which was weird. The cooling system was spotty (some rooms freezing while others still hot) but we did find several box fans in the closet which helped. The king bed had sunken spots which made it hard to sleep comfortably. We could hear every step and a lot of conversation from the people above us and we also heard a lot of noise from outside as well (pool guests with loud speakers). The resort property was very run down and dilapidated. All the railings on the second story were marked with caution tape and looked like they were barely hanging on. The pool area seemed very run down as well, with lots of little tiles missing and falling off when we went. We chose not to go to the pool again because one of my kids got a cut from a jagged edge where tile had come up.. kind of ridiculous to also have to pay a “resort fee” for a very unresort like experience. Overall staying here may be a fine experience for young adults who just want a get away but it had a lot of issues for it to be comfortable for a family with young kids. Unfortunately, we wouldn't stay at Gulfpoint again.

    Good location. We got in late on the property. Check in was pretty straightforward, though you have to do it twice as there is also a resort check in (and an additional $35 per person fee), which closes early. We arrived late and the office was closed, and by the time we were checking in at the front desk at 0900 the next morning, we already had a tire lock on our vehicle, which was not ideal. The property was clean, however the mattresses were old need to be replaced. There are amenities (hair dryer, oven mitts) that are missing.

    We really enjoyed our time in SPI. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The only thing I would add is some extra blankets but other than that, the condo was perfect!

    The unit was very nice overall. Although the ceiling fan in the bedroom wasn’t working, we discovered two box fans in the closet on the last day. We also discovered some boogie boards and a beach umbrella on the last day. I guess we should have explored the closets sooner. But now we know for next time. We definitely plan to stay here again, as it was a great size and location.
