Beautiful place. Friendly host who was so kind and responsive to us. Kids fell in love with the board games and bunk beds. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I have been coming here for several years now, and we are never disappointed. It's a great place and location; we will be back again next year!

Before we arrived the property host notified us to let us know that the air conditioner went out. She told us someone was coming to fix it the day of but wasn’t sure of eta. When we got there the air was not fixed yet, a few hours after check in someone showed up to fix it. The host communicated with us quickly and we appreciate that. The next day we got locked out of our room as the key pad wouldn’t work so we had to wait on the host to bring a key to let us in. I’m 7 months pregnant so you can only imagine how miserable it was with the 95 degree heat. They did show up within 20 minutes of us contacting them. On top of all of that the wifi did not work and the TVs would freeze up or not work either. The host was quick to fix everything and I understand things happen but you pay so much money just for things not to work. We have stayed in these condos at gulf place for years now and have never had issues up until this stay. I really do appreciate the host and how quick/nice they were. The place was very clean and the location was very convenient. Overall rating 7/10.

Great place and location! We were there for a baseball tournament so didn’t really get to take advantage of all there was to offer but got to spend an hour at the beach/pool. The beach access was gorgeous, close walk across the street and the access spot is great because the beach is not crowded where you enter! The owners were very helpful with anything we needed and quick to respond, would highly recommend!

Very nice property and convenient to many things. Owner was very easy and check in process was seamless. Would stay again if in the area.

Great condo in one of our favorite areas away from the craziness of seaside. Great access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend Jo-Ana’s Cabana in Santa Rosa. It was as advertised, in very good condition, in a great location with a number of good restaurants close by. The beach is a very short walk and they provided very nice beach chairs to use. In the middle of one of the nights a smoke detector started beeping. I messaged them about it first thing in the morning and someone was there to replace the battery in less than an hour. Great communication with them. I would certainly stay here on a future trip.

This property was in excellent condition, in a great location and very quiet at night. The property manager was easy to contact and replied promptly. It was as advertised. It had nice amenities.

This is a beautiful property, and as described, directly across 30A from the beach. It overlooks the pool which is easily accessible from the condo. It is well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. The property managers were immediately responsive to the one hitch during check-in (the front door did not close without slamming...need some attention). We would definitely stay in this condo again.

We have stayed at Gulf Place several times, and in several units at this location. This unit, like the others are comfortable, clean and have great beach access! This unit offers everything necessary to feel right at home.

We loved our stay! The property is so clean and the whole process was seamless. Lots of amenities included, shopping and restaurants within walking distance and of course the beautiful beaches. I would definitely book this property again and again!

The unit/building was clean, lovely and very convenient to the beach and other amenities! Will put on out list of favorites for sure!

We were overall pleased with our stay at Joe-Ana’s Cabana. The condo was clean upon our arrival and the check in instructions were very helpful. The condo is conveniently located near several restaurants, shops, etc and right across 30a from three private beach entrances. The beach was never super crowded during our stay which was a huge plus when you could see just how crowded the public beach was down the way. Our only complaints are the construction beams on the balcony and elevator/stair area and the noise of people running by the bedroom window to get to the stairs and talking loudly early in the mornings.

Great location, clean, cute condo!

This was a perfect spot for a family vacation. Ideal location with access to private beaches. Tons of things to do in the town which is only a few steps away. Beach was beautiful and clean. Host was amazing. Rebecca answered all questions quickly. All instructions were easily followed. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Thanks for a great trip!
