Awesome location and very clean!! Didn’t want to leave!!

Beautiful beach across the street. Excellent restaurants (although pricey) next door. Not much to do after 9 pm. Lots of construction and noise that starts around 5 am. Small pools within walking distance. Nice condo, great for one or two people. Bed was comfortable but mattress protector was uncomfortable and has an odd texture. Well equipped kitchen.

This was a great experience, my husband and I enjoyed everything. We felt it was a very clean comfortable place, and it was really nice to be able to walk down to the beach. We will definitely be choosing this place again.

Really loved the location! Great beach access, although we weren't able to spend much time out there due to rain. Lots of great places nearby, restaurants were great, and there was a really nice coffee shop downstairs. Only slight complaint was the condo being on the warmer side, as the air conditioner was having a hard time keeping it cool during the day, but the fans were SUPER powerful so it wasn't too big a deal.

Great location and even better view.Cannot have an easier path to the beach then from this condo.Also right next to great restaurants.

Everything was as advertised. We had a minor issue over confusion of property location that was quickly resolved - just a little extra driving. Very nice, pleasant stay.

This was perfect for my daughter and I. We had a great trip and really enjoyed the Condo and how close it was to everything we wanted to do.

We planned a last minute trip to the beach before Christmas. This property is in the perfect location across from the beach and shunk gulley. Parking and check in was a breeze. The property was just as described and was perfect. The balcony with beach views was a big plus. Thanks so much!

The location and amenities were great. Weather was rather cool, but the location still allowed us to wander out and have a good time.

Condo on third floor was very clean, quiet and beautifully appointed. We must have missed the info about there being an elevator on the side of the building so ended up carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs - not easy. Parking was always easy to find as we were there in the off-season. Location was fantastic with easy beach access and great restaurants nearby. Welcome snacks were a nice touch. This is the only rental we've ever stayed at where we weren't provided paper towels and toilet paper to last our 3 night stay which was disappointing.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view off the balcony is beautiful! Plus, you can set outside at night and listen to the music from the restaurant downstairs. The room is literally across the street from the public access and also has 3 private beach accesses too if you want that option. It was nice because they were less crowded but still close enough to the public access for bathrooms or washing off our feet/beach items. The room was bright and perfect! Right across the street from Shunk Gulley, coffee shops and shopping. Easy 15 minute drive to Seaside. The bed was super comfy and air conditioning was spot on. We would 100% stay here again.

This place is amazing! Located right by beach, restaurants, ice cream shop. All within walking distance! Beautiful view of the ocean! Had beach umbrella and chairs to use! Will be coming back!

We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean.

It is a beautiful location. Great view. The pullout couch mattress is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced as well as the sofa. The other bed is very comfortable.

Our stay was fantastic. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Pool was very nice and close. The rooms were very clean and Rebecca was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back next year.

We had the best time staying here in Santa Rosa beach! The cutest condo with ocean views, many restaurants in walking distance and 3 pools. Entertainment just yards away and the bed was the most comfortable. We will def stay there again! Many thanks

Excellent. Everything we expected.

The property was clean and in a great location. It was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay at this property again. The communication was exceptional. The amenities were everything we needed. The internet/wifi was down and would not connect during our stay; however, it was of no fault of the owner and steps were taken to try to resolve the issue.

Exactly as described and what we expected. This place is perfectly located. Comfortable bed, simply but beautifully decorated(which is my style), lots of little extras. We will be back!

Our second time staying in this great condo. Super clean and convenient to everything. No issues with our stay and listing is accurate for all the amenities. Will return in future for our next Santa Rosa getaway.

Bright, clean, modern!! Some rentals show well online, but fall short in person...that was not the case with this unit!! It was a perfect little getaway for our anniversary!! Once we arrived, we literally did not move our vehicle!! Everything we needed was within walking distance: the beach, dining, shopping, coffee, sweets...all of it!! Rebecca was an amazing host, and communication was excellent!! The only thing we needed to reach out for was missing amenities/pool passes, and they were left under the door mat within a half hour of reaching out!! Thank you for an awesome place to stay for our trip!!

The stay was really awesome. We loved the location that was phenomenal. Hot tubs were not the warmest amongst the stay. Also kind of hard to walk and find them. Love being able to just go outside and walk.

Unit is very comfortable! Well decorated, clean and has everything you need for your stay. The only thing I’ll mention is in the pictures I only saw a regular coffee pot and nowhere did I see a mention of there being a Keurig so we brought coffee grounds and to our surprise both are available in the unit so that was a nice surprise. Also, there used to be an ice machine in the building, but there is not one now so we just used the ice trays provided and made ice and we had all we needed. Again, there was nothing we were lacking, I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again

Unfortunately, due to hurricane Helene we had to cancel our reservation. Rebecca the host was wonderful! She helped us cancel our stay with VRBO. I will definitively be reschedule our stay.

Place was clean and location was great. It had everything we needed. Bed was comfy as well. Enjoyed the beach, the pools, and wonderful restaurants nearby. Would return!

The rental has everything you need and more! The location is perfect. Near everything, makes it super easy to enjoy with small kids. The rental was super clean and the beds super comfortable.
