Sea The Stars is located above Cowgirl Kitchen (Cowgirl Up!) and will fit all of your vacation criteria.

Sea The Stars occupies the entire 3rd and 4th floors above Cowgirl Kitchen and features over 400 sq ft of private balconies that provide spectacular Rosemary Beach views and gulf breezes.



Main floor: The spacious kitchen/dining/living floor plan opens to the main floor balcony overlooking Main Street & Western Green. A King Bedroom with a shower, private balcony and the built-in bunk cubby are also on this level.



Second floor: The inviting king master bedroom suite and lovely bath features an outdoor shower and sunset terrace that overlooks the homes and rooftops of Rosemary Beach.

A Few Notes To Keep In Mind

-This unit is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator access





House Rules

**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**

**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**

**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**





-Rosemary Beach HOA does not allow golf carts in this community. Violators will be fined.



-$150 non refundable Pet Fee and $500 refundable pet deposit required, 30 pound weight limit-max 2 dogs.  Please contact our office after booking to add your pets to your reservation.



-You will be required to be present at the property for any maintenance issues if you are unable to crate or contain your pet.



-Walton County does not allow pets on the beach without a permit. In order to obtain a permit, you must be a Walton County resident.

Rosemary Beach is a New Urbanism community located along the Florida panhandle's scenic Route 30A between Panama City and Destin. The 107-acre, Gulf-front town was designed in 1995 to offer residents and visitors alike a sense of community, neighborhood, and convenience. Common green areas are located throughout Rosemary Beach and provide places for reading, games, picnics and barefoot strolls, as well as outdoor events. The fitness trail and walking tour is a 2.3-mile trail that utilizes sand paths and boardwalks to wind through the town’s native landscape, parks, and public spaces.

In keeping with the town's commitment to protect the environment by not building beyond the coastal construction control line, or buffer zone, landward of the beach, nine dune walkovers have been built providing residents and guests beach access. The walkovers protect the fragile dune system and prevent erosion and washout during storms, and are unobtrusive, simple, and functional.

    Great location, however unit needs serious updating and weather proofing. No hot water in upstairs bathroom sink.One bedroom freezing, the other hot. Back deck dirty and smell of garbage and grease from restaurant below.Restaurant has food deliveries by large trucks at 4am nearly every day.

    Place was not clean or ready for rent. Light switches, showers, fire place didn’t work and the furniture, hall, and walls were dirty.

    Stayed here with our college age children. Great location, loved convenience and people watching. Condo needs some basic maintenance and upkeep. Stairwell and entrance door were filthy. Fifteen minutes with a general cleaner would make the door able to be touched. Shutters were hanging off hardware and patio was not safe for bare feet. Slipcovers and rugs need to be cleaned or replaced. Just general maintenance or annual spiff up. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed.

    The stairs into the unit are filthy. Workers sit in the stairs and eat so you have to pass them as you go to your unit. They leave food all the over and since it is a Mexican restaurant it is beans left lying around. Which looks like rat poop. The smell in the unit is pretty strong, as you have the fried chip smell from the restaurant cooking below you. You do not get a break of the smell as they also are open in the morning. The alley way is loud which you will hear people talking from inside the unit. The unit itself needs repairs, has mildew on walls, ac vents, and the porch is rotted. We would not stay in this unit again. It is also very loud at night b/c you are on the main road with all the restaurants.

    The location is fantastic. Parking is tight and getting luggage up to the apartment is hazardous. The property needs some TLC. Decks needs to be replaced and drywall was busted in the bathroom. Otherwise, great place to stay.

    We were hoping the negative reviews had been heard and efforts made to fix the issues but no, all were still true. The cleanliness was the worst part. Hole in sofa cushion - we spent considerable time and money on cleaning supplies to help and even washed the couch which feels like it should not be on a renter to do. The only positive is the proximity to the beach but it comes at a cost. Trash and food deliveries start up about 4:30am. There is a constant grease smell from cowgirl kitchen and don’t get me started on the hallway. The grime we had to walk over was disgusting. Would not stay again. Felt like a frat house situation.

    Location is fantastic! However, many maintenance items need attention. Also climbing over employees of Cowgirl Kitchen to get to the unit was a challenge daily as they hangout in the stairwell. Early morning noise from garbage trucks, food delivery trucks etc. The owners should focus on repairs as the price to rent is very high.
