Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach is a  low-density complex located in a quiet area south of 30A, just 1 block from Eastern Lake and the beach access. A beach boardwalk is provided for easy access over the dunes. Community amenities include 2 pools, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grilling areas, and a lakeside deck. Eastern Lake even offers  paddleboarding. Beach chairs, kayaks, waterboards, bonfire services, and more available for purchase by Spyglass. AREA ATTRACTIONS:  

Seaside is a  short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.  

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

    Unit was older, but nice. Much of the beach directly behind the condo belongs to other developments and private owners. So, the beach access is close, but not as close as it seems. All in all, it was a good place for our family.

    This condo was perfect for a family vacation! The area is nice and quiet. The location is great being across from Old Florida Fish House and The Beachy Bean. The walk to the beach is one of the easiest I’ve had in 30A. The place was very clean. It had all of the kitchen supplies we needed to cook in a few nights. We would definitely stay here again!

    Condo layout was great. Excellent use of space, and we appreciated the variety of bed set-ups and the TVs in each room. The pool on site makes this a great property for families with kids who want to swim non-stop! There were some outdoor charcoal grills near the pool, and the tennis & pickle ball courts are right there too. It's only a short walk to the beach, and you can see the ocean from the master bedroom window and part of the balcony. Note - the coffee maker is a small 4-cup one that takes basket filters. I didn't see that listed anywhere in the original info, and we accidentally brought the wrong ones. Closest grocery store is about 20 minutes away. All in all, we had a great time.

    Our family had a much needed vacation. At first we were a bit worried about the distance to Seaside with the heavy Spring Break traffic, but then realized we we were in the perfect location. It was so nice to have access to a gorgeous beach without having to find parking. Loved the condo, location, and views. We will be back!

    This property was clean, and the sub development was nicely appointed with fair amenities. The walk to the beach access is understated and is a long walk with kids and beach supplies.
