Gulf Views from Balcony. Heated Pool. Beautiful Property Directly Across from the Beach!

Great views of the ocean!

Communication was outstanding. Every question was answered immediately. We were allowed to gain acces an hour earlier than expected. Convenient location to beach. Nice pool. Front desk was kind and professional. Well stocked and spacious unit. Floors could use a good scrubbing and mopping. They were a little dirty when we arrived. Balcony needs a good sweeping too. Two elevators in building but one was out of service during our entire stay. Other than that, I will definitely return. Thanks.

So the property itself is clean, the unit was clean, but there were some small issues we had. Pros: close to beach, beach is quiet, beautiful shells, calm area. Condo was well kept and clean. Cons: no storage for cooked meals. Dryer was extremely clogged with lint, clothes wouldn't dry(potential fire hazard). Beach chairs (only 2) rusted out. Front desk staff rude and never there, key system outdated, and constantly having to have keys remade. Unit was nice itself but (to me) not worth the price.

The property was exactly as seen on the website. Beautiful view, clean condo, very friendly staff, quiet ,walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay there again and book through itrip vacations.

We loved our stay so much. Everything was perfect for the most part. The toilet in the main hallway was running and the water pressure in the shower is a trickle but very hot. The elevator is a problem. It was starting and stopping pretty bad on day1 and I got stuck with a family of 4. The emergency call just made us anxious and after it stalled. We were able to get off on the 6th floor. Unfortunately it was completely out of order the rest of our trip and unloading was a nightmare having to walk down and up 5 flights.

The condo met all of my expectations and more. If you’re looking for direct beach this isn’t the place for you, I didn’t want to spend 300 extra a night, so it was perfect for me and my sisters. We had my great nephew visit a couple times during the day and the pool was perfect for. 5 year old learning to swim. The place is clean very well appointed, and all the furniture was very comfortable. The managers were very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. We cooked in most nights, enjoyed the afternoon storms and just loved family time. Publix is right down the street which was very convenient. The road noise during the day is loud but you couldn’t hear a sound of it inside the condo. Will definitely be staying again.

Me and my sister came to Treasure Island for some beach time and had a very nice stay. Condo was very clean and it had everything we needed including an amazing view of the ocean. Convenient location with a short walk to the beach. John's pass was only a mile away. We received regular communication from the condo management company and they were very professional.

The condo is very nice, very spacious and it was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen was functional. Probably my favorite feature was the balcony facing the ocean, and how close it was to the beach.

Super close walk to beach. Plus great beach view from balcony. Beds were comfy. Nice laid back, quiet place to stay. Like assigned parking spot.

WOW…what an awesome accommodation we experienced at Crystal Palms. The space was just as described and exactly what we needed. The ocean view was incredible! We hope to revisit again in the future‼️

Kitchen needs a Keurig.
