Gulf Views, Amazing Pools and Amenities + Free Attraction Tickets!

I would strongly urge anyone considering this property to book elsewhere or cancel their reservation. One of the biggest mistakes I made was relying on reviews that were over a year old. Whatever condition the property may have been in back then, it is not the condition it is in today.The unit does not look like the pictures. The photos are outdated or extremely misleading. The property feels worn, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised.The most concerning issue was what appeared to be mold in the shower. We brought it to management’s attention, and instead of properly addressing the problem, they simply covered it up and insisted it was not mold. The issue was never truly resolved.The dryer was another ongoing problem. It barely worked throughout our stay. Maintenance attempted a fix, but it was nothing more than a temporary Band-Aid.Ultimately, the experience was so disappointing and uncomfortable that we left before our stay was even over. Between the misleading photos, maintenance issues, and lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this property to future guests.

Great place to stay. Was told that parking passes would be in the room upon check-in, but they were not. Resulted in a 25 ticket the following morning. Other than that all was good.

The unit was clean, well equipped, and even had a clothing steamer for garments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the balcony was a great size and spot to enjoy early mornings and early evenings. The location of the complex is conveniently located to the beach, the venue for the concert, as well as grocery stores and several dining options. We would absolutely book this condo again when we come back next year.

We had a beautiful view and felt very safe in this location. The downside was that the place did not feel clean. The floors felt sticky to walk on, the area rug in the living room looked soiled and spotty, as did the sofa. There was also some kind of red liquid near the ceiling on the living room wall. Replacing a few of these items would greatly improve the appearance and feel of this cute condo. We loved being so close to the beach and were able to take beautiful family pictures. We ate at McGuire’s pub which was a highlight of our stay....amazing food and atmosphere!! We also explored the nearby gulfarium ,which was very cool. Overall, it was an outstanding first time in Florida.

We had a great stay overall! Some of the kitchen appliances were not working. Like the ice maker, toaster. AC was making a constant noise and toilet had a malfunctioning and water was running constantly but we were able to fix that. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo and enjoy our time together.

Beautiful kept the grounds looking great! Everything was close by food shopping entertainment beach pools!
