Gulf View, Two Bedroom, Ground Level Condo - Pointe Santo D 2

Wonderful time. 31st time to pointe santo. Never disappointing.

Nothing too bad to say, just a couple frustrating things that aren’t a big deal and wouldn’t prevent me from staying again, but both toilets are very loud when refilling and run for a long time before filling up. The dishwasher had a very unpleasant odor when we arrived, and the lania blinds were falling apart and very tough to get to slide and operate.

Our stay at Pointe Santo was once again fabulous!

The hot water heater broke the 2nd day in our vacation. We had 2 days of taking cold showers. They did replace. However we asked for at least a full days refund. They will only refund 50$. Horrible lady at customer service. Also the ice maker did not work. Had to go buy our own bags of ice. Wont be using Royal Shell again.

We have rented out three Pointe Santo units over the past few years. Overall, we had a great experience! This unit has a well-stocked kitchen with new appliances, a comfy bed, a new large TV with satellite, and a nice kitchen table. The living room furniture badly needs replaced - seriously worn out and uncomfortable. My only other complaint with this unit is that it provided no beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, etc., while the other two units did. Instead, there were a few advertisements for a beach rental company in the unit, which is way overpriced, especially staying for two weeks. So, since this was the main reason for coming to such a property, and with kids eager to hit the beach the next morning, I had the privilege of driving back to Fort Myers late Saturday night to purchase all of these items at Walmart! Again, overall this was a nice unit and we would probably return. Thanks!

D2 is a lovely unit. We sooo appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We were comfortable in this condo, and had a wonderful week at Sanibel.

Sanibel is quiet, without all if the whirl and twirl of other beach vacations. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

We have stayed at Pointe Santo four times before and this was the least of the properties. Needs a major cleaning and the slider verticals need replacing. Lighting was substandard. Unit was decorated nicely

Everything was wonderful for our stay. The Weather was perfect and the accommodations were very satisfactory. There was some problem with the AC, as it sounded like a train or plane when it went on. The gentleman came over very quickly and fixed it. No problem at all. Look forward to our next visit.
