Stayed Mar 25, 2025The condo/studio is in a very great location in Panama City Beach. It has many amenities and is very clean with a great parking garage. It’s a little bit of a walk from the parking garage over to each tower. A couple of negatives are, the elevators are extremely slow, and there are only Two on one end of rower 1 and two on the other end. One of the four elevators was out of service for one day. The condo itself is very clean and fairly updated. Whenever the refrigerator kicks on it is a little bit loud. The toilet insides need to be replaced because it continually ran after flushing. A big plus were the tall chairs on the balcony to be able to see over the railing. Overall a nice stay.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Absolutely beautiful ocean view! This unit came equipped with almost all your beach needs....sand toys for the kiddos, floats, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and umbrellas. We stayed 4 days. Only complaint was there was no washer and dryer in the unit. There was a digital payment washer and dryer on the 15th floor. Dryer didn't work after the 2nd day. Other than that this was a Great place to stay. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, game room, exercise room, tennis courts and even a movie theater. Parking deck across the street, covered walkway into towers. Easy beach access. ⛱️

Stayed Feb 21, 2023This is a darling little studio condo! It was exactly as stated. Elevators were fast!! We could not stay here for very long because of the size, but that's just us. It is a beautiful, clean place!
