This place was immaculate! We enjoyed chilling on the balcony looking out at the Gulf and down on the beautiful pools. The lazy river with swim up bar was a blast. It’s great that there’s a washer and dryer in the unit. We’re going to be back for sure!

This is a great family, friendly complex. Pool and grounds are beautiful. This specific condo have a great view but is a little cramped and the primary bedroom had bedbugs. It is very close to the parking garage elevator, but quite a ways from the main elevators to the pool, check in, amenities etc

We don't usually go on a beach vacation in March since weather is still a bit chilly. However this facility has a very nice indoor heated pool as well as the cascading outdoor pool

My family and I stayed at this condo for 4 nights for part of our spring break. The property is very well maintained and beautiful. The complex is beachside which is great (i.e., most of the other properties on the island are on the other side of a busy, 4-lane road and not on the beachside). You have direct access to the beach right outside the gate of the property. The multiple pools, lazy river and multiple hot tubs are amazing. My kids liked the game room too where all the games are free (pinball, video games, foosball, billiards, golf video game, etc.). Front desk was helpful and always available. Parking in the garage was nice. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, has a great balcony facing the ocean, super comfy king bed, and amazing shower in the master bathroom. Just a short drive to every convenience too.The only issue we had was the listing said there were 4 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom (i.e., 2 sets of twin bunkbeds). Instead, it was 1 set of full-over-full metal frame bunkbeds. I specifically booked this unit thinking my tween and 2 teenagers could have their own beds without bugging each other. Well, it was a huge fight that 2 of them had to share a bunk bed with one having to climb to the upper bed, the metal frame shaking the other awake whenever they moved in bed, etc. They dealt with it, but I wished the listing would have been accurate. Despite this one issue, I would definitely recommend this property at Diamond Beach Condos.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Great location, nice hot tub and lazy river. Only things we didnt like was having to change out the armbands daily and only 2 keys for the room for 8 guests, and only 4 pool towels for 8 guests. for 8 guests.

The room is great no issues there. The amenities at the resort is everything you could ever ask for but you can tell they are cutting costs on maintenance. A property this size should have staff working daily keeping place up instead you just see dead palm tree branches, a bridge all beat up and my biggest issue was the pool and lazy river were dirty. Spend money on keeping the property up and this place would be perfect.

Super cute condo with fun amenities. The beds were comfy, and everything was clean. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the jets in the master tub but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This is a comfortable unit and the AC works very well. The large TVs in the living room and main bedroom are really great after a long day at the beach or pool. The unit is just as pictured and has all the items you really need. That said, if you're sensitive or immunocompromised, I would definitely bring disinfectant wipes and wipe down all switches, knobs, handles, and remotes when I arrived. The cleaning crew doesn't appear to be that great, and filled the handsoap pumps with water. There were clearly fingerprints on cabinets and such and considering there wasn't handsoap, who knows what you're touching. My husband says I'm a germaphobe, but whatever I think that's gross. The property itself is great. The lazy river was awesome and they provide tubes. There is beach access via the gate at the west end of the property near the sand volleyball court. There is also a spa on the 4th floor if you'd like to indulge. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

My sister and I booked this property for a family weekend. When Hurricane Beryl went through the week before, I began messaging the host daily asking for an update. In 8 days, only got 1 reply saying the local team was unable to confirm the condition of the property. When I called the front desk myself, they said the outdoor pools, lazy river, and beach access were closed for repairs from the hurricane indefinitely. I called Vacasa, sat on hold 5 different times asking to cancel for refund as the only reason we booked was for the amenities. The first 2 calls they lied and said the property was fine and that if there was a problem I'd get an email about cancellation and refund. The next 2 calls promised to elevate my request and call me back. No return call. It was not until the day of checkin they said the best they could do was refund me a loss of amenities fee. We were also told beach access was still open. It was not. We tried to make the best of it, but our only choice was to drive the kids to a public beach or amusement park and pay for entertainment. The indoor pool is small and no way to spend more than an hour there. The unit itself was fine but the guest bath tub and shower had not been cleaned (hair on walls and something that looked like lint around the edges that came off easily with a rag). The dryer doesnt work and shuts off every few minutes. The handsoaps were all almost empty. The primary suite is nice, big shower and you can see the tv from the tub.

The condo is conveniently located right next to a beach that you access from the south side of the property. The pool and amenities are excellent and there is plenty to do on the property. The condo is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our family vacation with seven of us and we all had plenty of room. Would definitely stay again!

Beautifully furnished and clean. Had all the kitchen amenities one could ask for. Would stay in this room again.
