Jean was a wonderful host. He is well informed of the area and passed on great tips for me. The condo was amazing, right on the water with beautiful sunsets where I ate my dinner on the patio. The amenities were more than sufficient to do whatever was needed from cooking to washing laundry. I definitely need to stay here again.

This place was perfect for a little get away. Right next to the pool and right across from the stairs. Fully stocked with dishes, towels (bath & pool), we were able to do laundry. Nice little deck with a view of the water and wild life. Sunset at Sam’s and Ice Parlor was a lovely night out. Plus, Walmart was right around the corner.

Wife and I loved our stay!

Loved walking the property, seeing dolphins and pelicans eating. Manatees and stingrays and fish jumping. The pool is huge and warm and just across from the patio, awesome. Met so many wonderful people! Sunsets were spectacular. Never used the gym but heard it was very good. Lots of places in the area for food and drinks. Love Inn on the Gulf!! Bed was very comfortable too! Coming back next year in her 2 bedroom

Host waa welcoming, communicative, helpful. The location was clean, safe, well cared for. We loved the view and the access to the pool and water. 10/10 would stay again and recommend

Super clean condo, well stocked and Jean was not only super communicative to make sure we had everything we would need but also a pleasure to rent from. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very easy to get ahold of. She was able to handle a couple of small difficulties in a fast and efficient manner. She also was able to answer all the questions I had. The place was well stocked and clean. However, The views from the condo were spectacular was its biggest draw.

Jean is a great host and is very responsive. She made sure that we arrived, as planned, without any problems. The property is wonderful and was so close to the pool. Everyone we met was very nice! I would most definitely stay here again!

Jean is a great host, always available. The condo met our needs for a quiet and relaxing week and was a great value for the price. The community residents were all very friendly and accommodating. Our only disappointment was that there were no real gulf beaches in the area. We had to drive over an hour to get to a nice white sand beach.

Our host and our stay at this property was wonderful! I especially enjoyed how friendly and helpful our host Jean was. When we entered the condo, to my 10yr old daughter's delight, there was a stuffed Easter Bunny and candy filled eggs hidden throughout the living room. This made my daughter and I feel very welcoming after a long trip. When we weren't out visiting family we would spend most of our time swimming in the huge heated pool. The condo was super clean and had all the amenities of home. I would absolutely stay here again in the future and recommend this place to all my friends and family!

The condo was well laid out and just steps from the pool. The condo was spotless and all necessities were provided. The balcony was shaded all afternoon (but if you wanted full sun that was steps away). Dolphins came into the lagoon frequently and we watched the fish jumping every night at sunset. Beautiful safe area for walking and bike riding. Crab store around the corner for fresh-caught seafood. The other renters and the owners of the condos were all very friendly and engaging. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. This was a terrific place to stay!

Our stay during spring break was great! The complex was not very busy, majority were retirees which was amazing as we are not busy/loud croud people. The condo was clean and comfortable, owner was great to work with and very responsive. Would happily recommend!

We really loved our time at Gulf Island beach and Tennis club. Owner was great at communicating with us. Facilities were great. We loved playing Pickleball, hanging out by the pool and playing games in the clubhouse. Only a bike ride to ice cream. We were sad it is already booked for next year, but found another unit. Hopefully the owner will be just as nice.

Condo was well stocked and very comfortable.
