Great views. Very clean. And great location close to shops, restaurants, and of course, the amazing beach!

We had a great week.

In the past, I primarily used timeshares. This unit was spotless and was well supplied. There was a closet with everything you would need for the beach including chairs, towels, pop-up tents, noodles and children's beach toys.The unit had a beautiful side view of the beach as stated in the property outline.Andrey was extremely accommodating and promptly answered any questions. I would gladly rent from him again.

We just spent a week here and it was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and great view from the balcony with awesome seating out there. The restaurant Keegans across the street is amazing, definitely go there.

Condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchenware and basic supplies. Convenient location for visiting anywhere near Clearwater down to St. Pete Beach.For those who struggle with stairs, the newly refurbished elevator works well.Easy access to White sands Beach with a bit of an Ocean view from the balcony. It is worth a note that the Living room furniture is well worn and people with mobility issues may have a hard time getting up from the seats since they sink down quite a bit. Overall, we had a Good Experience with this unit and would recommend to others!QLB

Everything was very nice. Andre was very nice and easy to work with. Location was great for our needs.

To start, Andre was super communicative by answering each & every question I had and sent a detailed message with everything else. The condo was so nice, clean and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was available. Bonus points for a really comfortable master bed! I'd recommend Andre and his beautiful condo to anyone and hope to stay there again myself!

This was an absolutely fantastic vacation. Perfect in every way. Our host, Andre, was not just welcoming, but also available 24/7 to address any concerns. The amenities were perfect.

Had a great time. We are beach people so loved the location. At night, we like to watch TV and hang out. The TV's were super small and not high enough to watch TV in bed. Would be nice to at least have them hung on the wall. People upstairs were really loud. Could hear them jumping, playing music, and moving furniture. Having laundry, chairs for the beach, and parking was a great. We will definitely come back.

Place was perfect. Sunsets were unbelievable. Felt safe and welcome and the beach wasn’t overcrowded. Was nice to have a parking spot under the building out of the sun. The host is super attentive and helpful. Although the balcony is only a partial view of ocean it is great to eat our meals out there. At night you hear a little street noise but could still fall asleep to the ocean waves. As with other guests the couch was uncomfortable but it is a fold out bed so suggested he try a support board to help. Both a sit in tub and walk in shower so that was great. Can’t get over the variety of sea birds on beach. At least 6 different species if not more. And most days the waves were pretty calm. Loved it!

Fantastic place to stay. Andre is always available but we didnt need anything with everything in good order and clean. Pool is nice and beach is as close you can possibly get. This was our 2nd time renting this unit and are very happy with The Hamilton House, the unit and location. Recommended for families.

Lovely property, excellent location. Steps from the beach. Lots of near by attractions and restaurants. Beach amenities available at the condo (chairs, toys, etc) were nice to have. Host communicated quickly. Would gladly stay again.

We had 6 family members for the week. And a family friend and child for a night. Plenty of room. First place we have rented that had all sundries provided. Along with all the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys you would need. Andre was very quick with response to the questions we had and offered help/solutions with our questions. Such a nice place and easy in and out stay. Will do this again. Thanks.

Loved this condo and the area! Condo was clean and had all the beach necessities we needed. Andre was fantastic. Umbrellas were broke, and he delivered us a new one within the hour of letting him know. We had the best time!

Family vacation to celebrate a college graduation.

The condo is lovely. It has everything you would want for a beachfront vacation. Steps to the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas a cooler and sand toys provided. It is within an easy walk to some wonderful restaurants. Andre is an amazing host. If you need to reach out to him and is extremely responsive. Thank you Andre!!

We loved this place. The location was awesome, many restaurant within walking distance. Heated pool was refreshing. Owner was kind. We highly recommend this place.

We loved this rental! It was comfortable, clean, perfect location, and the host was extremely attentive and available. One day there was a storm coming, and we got a text, letting us know of the weather conditions. Any question we had was answered right away. We love that it was stocked with name brand, Kleenex, toilet paper, and dish soap. Beach view from the side balcony was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this rental. What are you doing?

The condo was in clean condition and had all that we needed. The weather was quite cool and the host reached out to make sure we knew howto use the heater.

Great stay weather was good and the condo was as advertised. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and lots to see if you have a car. Hurricane damage was not seen, beach was still very usable, condo was perfectly functioning.

This was a nice, quaint condo with easy, but secure, assess and updated appliances-fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a meal. Located in a fairly quiet area on the beach with a more mature crowd. There is a restaurant or bar across the street that kept up some loud music a few nights during our stay but in general, it was very quiet. Gaining access to the beach and pool was very easy. We did have a random episode when the water heater alarm just went off for no apparent reason but Andre sent someone over right away without us having to call (We were on the beach when it happened). Andre also stopped by to make sure everything was ok. There was also an emergency water shut off for a few hours one day. We were notified in advance and decided to visit Busch Gardens that day which was only about 30 minutes away. A little disappointed that the side view of the beach was more of a sliver of a view and the photo advertised, I suspect, is photoshopped because the water was definitely not blue. It was more of a dirty green/brown like the Atlantic. Overall, a nice, quiet place with easy access to just about everything one could need.

I had a difficult time deciding on the right condo to rent but I am extremely glad we chose Andre's unit. He went above and beyond to ensure our family of 6 had an amazing stay. We will be back next year!

This was a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. We also enjoyed our nightly stroll to try different ice cream shops. The condo had everything we needed to have our sun and rest beach vacation.
