Great location. Everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room and space. Kitchen had lots of items to use.

We have stayed at Emerald Surf for many years. This was definitely our least favorite unit. Beds were very uncomfortable and unit needs updated. Bathroom vanities were so short they only came to our thigh area. Oversized furniture in master that you could barely open drawers in dresser at end of bed and had to be careful not to hit your toes. If you charge top dollar for renting, your unit should reflect. Rental manager however was very good.

Overall the property matched the description on the listing.An incident occurred that was outside of the rental properties control and they handled it in a respectful and timely manor. (Private beach access was removed during the stay)We would stay again as it’s a good location and rental property

Second stay in this unit. Unit is spotless. Plenty of towels Bed is so comfortable. Convenient to the beach. We enjoy shelling so this is important Host is responsive to any questions. Bonus: Fireworks from the pier.

I was worried about holiday crowds, but was pleasantly surprised! The beach was busy, but not overwhelming! Everything for our stay was pleasant and everyone we encountered was so nice! Will definitely return!

Such a nice stay at this property. The proximity to the beach was ideal for us. The property had everything we needed and more. The pool was clean and not overly crowded. Will stay here again for sure.

We booked this property after it came up as wheel chair accessible in the VRBO app. Upon arriving, we discovered it wasn’t. We could navigate most of it except going in the front door. I messaged the owner and she was so quick to respond and let me know that they don’t advertise as handicap accessible. (This was a vrbo listing issue, no fault of the owner) Even so, she immediately agreed to have someone come and put a small ramp in so that my mom could easily get in and out of the room. I was so grateful and it made our stay so much easier! The property is clean and quiet. It sits directly on the beach and overlooks the pool. All the places were are were within 10 minutes of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will be back!

Clean, spacious and not full of clutter like some rentals. Plenty of space for our belongings and great view of ocean.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and huge!! I couldn't believe how spacious it was inside. The balcony was so great to have as a single mom with 2 children. And it was also very easy to get to the pool and beach. We will be back for sure!
