Excellent staff, especially maintenence and security. Also, Paula with Salty Life Vacation rentals was exceptional in helping us find a place to meet our needs.

We were pretty disappointed when we first arrived at the condo. It had a strong musty smell, almost like possible water damage, the floors were dirty and soiled, there were dirty towels left in the washer, and the screen door even had a hole in it. The floors were so bad that we ended up on our hands and knees hand-mopping after arriving. It definitely was not the clean, welcoming experience we expected. We stayed the first night due to it being a Sunday, late in the night when we arrived and Mother’s Day. That being said, I do want to give credit to our host, Paula, because she handled the situation quickly and professionally the next day! She listened to our concerns and made it right by moving us to another condo on-site that was much cleaner and much more comfortable. While the initial experience was frustrating, we truly appreciated Paula’s responsiveness and effort to fix the situation.

Host was very responsive. Great location and nice unit. Wonderful new showers. Only thing missing was a toaster. Everything else was great.

The parking garage was great and roomy compared to others we’ve stayed at. Our stay was great and the lady from salty life was very helpful and friendly. The condo is dog friendly and we took our small dog but the cleaning people need to do a better job as there was dog hair in floor on the table and on our bed. There is no mop or vacuum only a broom so those things would be helpful. I did buy a mop while there and extra dish towels. The pet potty area is close and clean. Our daughter and two little ones came down and we had plenty of room. Overall we loved our stay there. Treasure island is great and easy check in and out. And had gorgeous view of the sunset every night.

Beautiful condo with so much space. Gorgeous view of the ocean every morning. Loved having the pool open late as well. The common areas were always clean, and definitely a bonus to be one of the few condos that allows pets. Will definitely be back!

We loved this unit. Amazing view, easy access to the beach, beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella included, and the property is very well maintained. Paula was an excellent host and extremely responsive. We'll certainly be back!

Perfect beach/ocean front condo. Comfy beds and furniture. Loved the location, beach was not super crowded. Hoping to return very soon!

It didn't ruin the trip but thankfully we had 2 different rooms and I was able to go to the other one for someWork I had to do.
