Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This wonderful gulf-front townhome offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the community swimming pool. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all located on the second floor. The large living room offers plenty of seating; a television, DVD/CD player, and French doors that open onto a furnished balcony showing great views of the Gulf and swimming pool. The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats 6 comfortably. The large open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. Located on the second floor are 2 spacious bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, TV, DVD, and a furnished balcony offering great views. The bathroom features a shower and jetted tub, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, TV, and a connected bathroom with a single vanity and shower. A third bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with 2 queen-size beds, TV, and single vanity and shower. An added bonus is a den on the first floor equipped with bunk beds, TV, DVD player, and a furnished porch that looks out over the pool.

Please note that starting March 15, 2014, all Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be arranged through The Electric Cart Company. Only one cart is allowed per home, and rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 60 vehicles allowed in the community at any time. Additionally, WaterColor condominium buildings do not have exterior outlets for charging Low-Speed Vehicles/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not provide extension cords for charging per HOA. Please discuss charging needs directly with your rental company.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

    First 360 Blue management was very helpful but the condo needs some TLC. When we arrived the hot water heater was leaking and, with electrical wires in water, had to be turned off so no one got electricuted. We had no hot water the 1st day & we had a reception that evening so that was a definite interruption /inconvenience. While that was being fixed, we noticed larvae on the couch cushions and when we lifted them and separated the sections of the modular sofa there was SO MUCH food / corn chips in the cracks and crevices of the cushions, it was attracting carpet beetles. We ripped the living room apart to sweep between and under the couch and cushions. Also found a wad of gum under the cushion. It was disgusting. The rest of the place was clean, but it's apparent the maids aren't making this a priority between guests.While the furniture in the lower level looked newer (and clean), the couch, chairs and rugs in the upper level desperately need refurbished or replaced. They are stained / discolored & are showing wear and tear. I am not a picky person, but this unit pushed the edges of acceptability, especially for the price we paid (which was still high even though it was off-season). During our visit we toured several other units and they were of a much higher standard and condition than this one.360 Blue was very responsive in addressing our concerns. But it is evident the owners of the unit are not invested in a quality stay for guests.

    Well the place was visually nice. Then many things did not work. Exterior was beat up. I just feel for the price everything should have worked. Then the ocean view was very sub par. The owner who lived in the property was always watching and in our business. I have had better experiences in the area.

    The property was very enjoyable. The property was clean and well maintained. Access to the beach is very convenient as is access to the private pool. We spent most of the time at the beach instead of the public pool, but we did enjoy the big pools when we visited there. The Gulf water was fantastic! We do wish our property would have been one floor higher so as to have a better view of the beach. The sand dune is high enough to limit the view from the balcony. The property is also very convenient to the Central Square.

    We loved this spot-the condo was perfect for our group of 6. Spacious, updated beautifully, and in a perfect location...we loved being able to easily walk to the pools, dinner, shopping, and the beach!

    The townhouse was in a great location. Easy access to pool and beach. The layout was perfect. Very clean upon arrival. The two beds/mattresses in the first floor bedroom need to be replaced. They both had valleys in the middle and were not comfortable. The bathroom was very nice in the master bedroom but the shower did not have a door. When you took a shower the water went all over the bathroom floor. The couches showed wear and could be updated. The TV in the main living room did not work properly.

    We had a fabulous vacation with our family of 35!! Everyone stayed in different houses and we loved Beachside #6! Perfect location and lovely home! We already booked for two weeks next summer and can't wait to come back!

    We had a fabulous time at #6, everything was perfect, easy access to beach, pool and restaurants. Everything we needed was there and the place was very clean as well. It's a great spot for little kids too. We had ages 7 Months to 6 years old and all the kids had a blast!
