    Gorgeous view and nice balcony! The condo was perfect for our family. It was nicely provisioned and lots of room for everyone.

    It was not as clean or updated as expected. This was our 2nd stay and this unit was outdatuamd. The patio door was extremely hard to open and the door was missing from the laundry closet.

    The condo was spacious with gorgeous views of the Gulf. The kitchen was well supplied with upgraded utensils, dishes and small appliances. The washer and dryer were extra large which helped keep up with laundry for a group of 10 of various ages. The management did not make timely repairs or any repairs while we were there. A shelf in the master bath was hanging by one screw creating a hazard. The toilet in the middle bathroom was constantly running creating a squealing sound.

    The property was very nice, clean, and the views were beautiful. The construction on the building made things a bit more difficult and the check in process was very slow due to one person working the front desk at a busy time. Paying extra for parking and being assigned spaces came as a bit of a surprise and having to supply paper products and basic cleaning products was not ideal. Overall we were very pleased with the property and loved the location right on the beach.
