Gulf Front-private beach -west end unit- sunsets from unit!

Sunset view is phenomenal!! Loved the place, will book again for our family.

Perfect location and immaculate !We have been fortunate over the past 10 years to try to get down to 30A least once a year. The condition of many rentals has varied widely. This was by far the cleanest, and most well cared for of any place we have stayed. Second floor location means you don’t have too many steps to walk up and nobody walks past your window on the way to the beach.The Kitchen had everything needed for a few days and then some. Garbage bags, dishwasher, pucks, paper towels, etc..There was a slight musty smell, but this is to be expected when your beach side. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo is in a great location with an amazing view! We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Good location and condo met our expectations but the amount of stairs were a little overwhelming for a couple in there early 70’s

When I rent, the first thing I check is the deck: size, furniture, and unobstructed east-west view of the beach. It's a deal breaker if one of these comes up short. This condo gets a 4.9/5. I've been on larger but not better. Kitchen is well equipped. Furniture is practical for a beach house. Very clean and great owner communication. Perfect for a couple alone or with children.

The location on the beach is stunning. The manager responded quickly to any questions. But…the condo is badly in need of an update. The furnishings are all “tired”, especially the mattress. Beach chairs and Umbrellas are not included with this unit as they are with the other condo rentals at Mistral. While we enjoyed the beach location, we wouldn’t chose this unit again.

Location is perfect. Clean, comfortable, beach is private with very attentive services on site.

Wonderful little trip to get away for a few days and enjoyed beautiful sunsets and the owners were incredibly responsive and attentive.

Perfect location and view, although be aware that you’ll be lugging your beach gear and fishing equipment (if you’re fishing) up and down 3 flights of stairs to get to and from the beach. Owner is terrific and accommodating, with great communication. My only beef is that the condo’s just not comfortable. There’s no comfy chair with an ottoman to sink into with a book, the couch is cheap and uncomfortable, the bedroom mattress is cheap, pillows were cheap. You could spend 1500-2000 and make this condo perfect with just a few furniture additions and finishing touches. The kitchen is well-appointed and the place was clean with a powerful air conditioner. I just didn’t have anyplace comfortable to sit or lie down to enjoy the vibe!

We had a wonderful time at Diana's place. Beautiful views from the balcony, super convenient beach access, comfortable and clean accommodations. Location is great - close to Rosemary Beach as well as plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby. Grocery store is a short drive away. We loved our stay!

The view was exactly what we needed during our spring break! A couple days were too windy for the beach so relaxing on the deck was the perfect option with the ocean views. The location was great and the venue was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Definitely would recommend and will be back.

I really enjoyed my week at this property. In addition to the wonderful view, I'll have to give it an A+ for the well stocked kitchen. I usually bring half my kitchen to the beach because many of these properties have just the bare essentials. This unit had everything I needed and then some. Great job!

The property owner sent a very detailed email prior to arrival giving instructions on parking pass, door code and departure from the condo. The condo was clean and well equipped (kitchen appliances, glassware, etc) for our needs during our stay. We will definitely return to this condo.

Great beach view and easy access! Appreciated the ease of umbrella rentals and great property communication. A bit of a trek to most restaurants but overall a great place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Our 4 and 7 year old loved the hallway bunk beds. Rails for the bunk beds have been added which I didn’t initially see in the listing pictures. The private beach was fantastic to ensure our area was not over crowded and we loved sitting on the porch every morning and night. The little coffee shop across the street was such a fun bonus! We will definitely be back!
