Stayed Sep 6, 2025Property is shared between Resort/Condo side and Wyndham side. The building design is quirky as you often must take multiple elevators/escalators to get places. For example, to get to the pool from the condo, you need to take an elevator (or stairs) to the lobby, cross the lobby to the Wyndham side and take another set of elevators/stairs to the lower level where the pool is accessed. Parking is across the street in a multi-level gated garage. The condo is an end unit located, on the 2nd floor, just above the boardwalk to the beach. We felt it was clean and comfortable however we do feel some updates are needed - as the mirror on a closet door is broken, the top of love seat is ripped and the refrigerator is operational but the light is out. The kitchen is adequately stocked, but lacks containers for storing leftovers, cutting board, colander, and dust pan which we bought. TV in family room is via streaming which we found difficult to navigate as it seemed like every app required a subscription/password. We finally used our personal subscription accounts as the “Live TV” app only provided limited options and no instructions were found regarding condo specific passwords. General comments are the sliding door is VERY hard to open and close. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable but is extra high.We contacted the property manager a few times and they were very responsive to take corrective action.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Really nice rental condo. Beautiful ocean view and great furnishings. Main bedroom bed was comfortable but SO high to get in, my husband had to give me a push to get up in the bed and had to drop down to get out of it. Needed a step to get up in it. Husband even had trouble getting in. Had trouble with several electrical outlets as the top one won’t work but bottom one will or vice versus. Seems strange. Be sure to take kitchen towels as there was only one! Didn’t mention that on website. I had to order some from WalMart to be delivered. Would choose this condo again though, if we ever go back. You won’t be disappointed! Beautiful beach and complex.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Property could have been cleaner. A lot of dust. Refrigerator still no light and not working properly. We replaced several lightbulbs. Kitchen accessories were very limited. 2 hot pads no slow cooker or cookie sheets 9 x 13 pan? Sliding glass door works very very hard. Pillows need replacement, and master bed door did not shut properly.
