We had an amazing experience and truly appreciate the excellent communication and customer service from Emerald Coast.

A group of 8 stayed in the condo. It was spacious enough for all of us. The balcony view was phenomenal! Beaches were great along with the pool! Only downfall was the kids wanted to splash and jump in the pool but were not allowed to.

Do not believe the pictures you see in this ad. As soon as we walked in we were shocked. First, the place is much smaller than appears in pictures. Only 1 person at a time can stand in the narrow galley kitchen. The tiny balcony actually does not face the beach but overlooks a dirty parking lot. The bathroom floor had several stains that looked like dirt and had holes in the wall. To get a full view of the beach requires turning sideways and looking through safety bars on the side of the balcony. Most upsetting however was the fact that within 30 mins our teenage kids witnessed another guest rolling joints and waiving a gun around on their balcony. I immediately contacted the management company to share our disappointment and safety concerns. They responded by saying the ad was not deceptive and floor was not dirty just stained. Due to safety concerns and need for more space we immediately vacated and went to a different resort. I tried numerous times during the week to inform the mgmt Co that we had left and asked for consideration of partial refund but they never responded to any of my communications. Bottom line-DO NOT RENT this unit.

We have stayed at Regency Towers a few times. The location is great. Elevators are not so great -- at check in time but that is to be expected. No complaints about this condo (except maybe add an ice cream scoop? LOL) The mattresses and pillows were great - which is not always the case in a rental.

The view from the unit was amazing and we saw beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The condo was nice and met our needs, however the description made us think there were 4 bedrooms when there are only 3. The only real issue we had was with the televisions. The property uses Roku and it was not user friendly due to dead batteries, unmarked remotes and missing Roku units. Thankfully the maintenance guy Fred, knew how to get the issues resolved, he was very courteous and knowledgeable and really helped us out. The drive to the Pier was longer than expected, but the condo is still in a nice quiet area.

This vacation was surprisingly very welcome… our first time renting a condo… surpassed all of my expectations and questions… I will definitely recommend this rental and look forward to other vacations where this rental company is available.

The property has a large number of rooms for only 3 elevators. Even the cleaning staff have to use the same elevators as the guests. It gets very backed up and takes quite a while to move in and out, especially if you have to make more than one trip. The check-in process at the front desk was fairly quick and painless. The condo was 90% clean but the bathrooms could have used a little more scrub. The description online said the condo rental included beach chairs, but when I tried to confirm that before we left, I was told they were not included but since they were still on the website, they would be included. However, when we arrived that had not been taken care of and it became clear that was not a priority. The email addresses of the property manager need to be updated on the website in all places because there is one email address that no one checks and it took a while before I could make communication with someone. The location of the condo was great. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores but not in the congested part of PCB. Overall, I gave it a 4 star because of the hassle with the elevators/wait, the confusion with the beach chairs, and the bathroom being dirty behind the door. Also, in the bedroom with the bunk beds, the top bunk feels rickety when trying to get up there, so no one would use it. It might need to be stabilized a little bit.

We had perfect weather and location is perfect. Unit was clean and plenty of towels and pots and pans. There are a few things that were bothersome, but did not impede on our stay, or affect our vacation but are worth mentioning: check in was not easy. Had to purchase wrist bands for $ 20 to stay on property. Check in staff not friendly. You have to go to another room down from check in and give YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE to an employee to get a luggage cart to take your stuff to room. You don’t get drivers license back until you bring cart back. This unit , on all beds have those terrible, hot microfiber sheets! I understand this may not be an issue for some, and not a first world problem, but if you sweat or get hot when you sleep, . beware!!!!! The bedroom with the queen and twin combo has NO room darkening curtains or shades, so if you want to sleep in… you won’t. Also, this same bedroom has the FURNACE in it, behind a door. So, EVERY TIME the air conditioning kicks on… you get woke up! This room would be great for kids/ teens who can sleep through about anything, not adults. Again this did not affect our vacation, we had a great time! Property is clean, pool and bar and grill are amazing! Very convenient.
