Stayed Mar 16, 2019We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean. We didn’t really use the roof top deck except for a few sunset pictures. We loved the pool area, the bathrooms were immaculate in the pool area! The walk to the water is about .21 miles and the water is very see weedy in this area. This side of the island is very quiet which is nice. If you want to go to Times Square go early afternoon, by 4:15 traffic is backed up and it took us several hours one day to drive 5 miles to Docs. The only thing I would have liked better was an entry code to use instead of keys. I would definitely stay here again, especially if we need a three bedroom condo, which are hard to find in Fort Myers Beach.

Stayed Jul 28, 2018Had the property management been timely in updating and contacting the renters regarding the red tide situation and that all beaches were closed as well as the waterways, we could have been given a refund and gone elsewhere to enjoy the beach. Instead we drove an hour both ways each day just to find an open, clean beach. Pretty unfortunate considering a beautiful beach was just beyond the balcony. Fort Myers will never see us again as renters!

Stayed Jul 24, 2017Our condominium couldn't have been more perfect! It contained everything that one could imagine. The property was very nice, pool was fantastic. Our biggest complaint was the far trek to the ocean in the deep sand. It would not have been near as bad had there been some type of walkway instead of deep sand. We never dreamed that ocean front would actually be about 1/4 mile from the condo to the beach. It was a bit rough carrying bags, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. We were also very disappointed when we were charged $55 of our cleaning deposit because we didn't clean the outdoor grill well enough. We had cleaned the grill and we did pay a cleaning fee and left the condo in fantastic shape. Ft Myers is a beautiful place and the food is some of the best that I have ever eaten in my life.

Stayed Apr 1, 2017Awesome week. Beautiful condo, beautiful weather, beautiful view. This place has it all, right on beach yet close to town. However, you do have to drive or take trolley to town and traffic is horrible. We loved it!
