Perfect getaway.

CLEAN! Gorgeous Views! Appreciated the working appliances and new washer and dryer. Huge master shower! COMFY beds and comfortable CLEAN linens! Plenty of towels and beach towels! Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Loved the beach service (umbrella and chairs) saw dolphins every day. Can't beat being right on the ocean and waking up to that view every day. We felt safe. Didn't have to wait long for the elevator considering one was not working. Work out room was a plus. Easy parking. Everything you need is right down the street. Will be staying again! We went late March, lucked out on the weather. Ocean 60-65 degrees and 70-75 every day. They do not provide enough toilet paper so plan on buying. They do provide dishwasher/clothes detergent pods. Will need to bring your own coffee and filters and/or k-pods. Two different coffee machines provided. No spices for cooking FYI. Plenty of cookware and gadgets. Only bar soap provided, not the liquid kind to wash hands etc.

Condo was great clean and very nice- Air conditioner was not working it was 78 degrees in room- we were moved to another room for them to fix it. everyone was very nice and accommodating

Very nice, beautiful condo. The views were right on from the pictures viewed online. Good location. Very, very clean building and grounds.

Could use some mold abatement, the beach service company is pretty rude though they said they aren’t associated with the property itself but the property was accurately described, we liked the leather couches. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. Beautiful beach and nice pool. Check in was extremely easy and parking was convenient.

Check in was a breeze with very detailed instructions for both gate code + door code. The private marked off area on the beach specifically for jade east was nice. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room + balcony allowed for endless views for the entire vacation!

Location was convenient, unit was beautiful with amazing views, and overall experience was positive because of the ease of setting everything up; communication from property management was also very good.

This condo was perfect in every way! The view, the location, the grounds, the management, everything was just as we wanted.

Jade West is the best and we will definitely stay there again. The pictures do not do the condo justice it everything we needed and then some. The beach was beautiful and we had so much fun. The people were friendly. I was surprised that we had security which made us feel very secure.
