Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we had rented a condo in February at Coral Reef. Many of our friends stay there in the winter. My sisters and their husbands also joined us for a visit while we were there. The location on the 7th floor is wonderful. You have such a great view of the Gulf and beach. I was horrified at the condition of the guest beds because of the poor box springs. The management helped convince the owners to get new box springs which was wonderful. The condo had been “deep cleaned” but was a far cry from what I believed to be thoroughly cleaned. The baseboards had not been touched nor had the carpets and throw rugs. Again the management got the owners to spot clean the carpet, which helped considerably. I took care of baseboards and washed all throw rugs in bathrooms and kitchen. There were no serving dishes but plenty of glassware. The refrigerator should be on the list of new purchases plus the furniture should be cleaned. I can’t say enough about the rental manager staff. They helped tremendously to make our visit a good one. I would recommend this property to a friend if furniture and carpet were cleaned more.

My husband told me later, that there was a lot of blood on his tissue holder in the second bath. The carpet was filthy. In Coral Reefs defense, the office, when I told them about the blood, they offered to send up the cleaning service. I declined because we were leaving in another day. I just took off the comforter. Other than that, it was an ok condo. I wouldn’t stay in that condo again. I would stay at the Coral Reef again, if I got a better room!

The TV in the unit was not working well. The management came quickly to look at but never worked well. The wires were loose and screen not clear. The bathtub in the master needs updating. We love staying at Coral Reef and would recommend it.

It looks worn, old and tired. you have a great view but the condo is so old and tired looking. The grounds are great and the traffic was insane but it all worked out. If they updated their condo it would be always be rented. If felt the condo should of been cleaned better then it was. It was like someone went through with a swiffer and that's it. Please update and clean better.

Food in dresser drawers, thick mold in all shower tracks, countertops dirty. Outside of frig dirty. TV thick in dust, toilet had pink rings in bowl. Bottle caps on floor. I could go on. I can say everytime I complained they did help to correct. There is just not any good help these days! Staff are very nice though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. It is located in a great spot. Very easy to get to the pool and beach area. Also, there was not too many people to feel overcrowded, but enough to make it fun! If there were any negatives, the beds (in the double room and sofa bed)were not very comfortable (although the we were so tired we slept pretty well :) and the pillows in the king room were not comfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay and will definitely be renting again!
